How do I add another user to a "Personal" Group Calendar?
I initially set up a firm-wide group as a "personal" group (i'm not sure what the difference is between the personal group and the organization group). We've used the personal group in a group calendar. It's been working well and all 3 of us have been able to schedule client appointments on the same calendar. I recently made a new hire and when I tried to add her to the group I cannot figure out how to include her on this group calendar. I've tried everything I can think of.... I am an application developer very interested in using ZOHO Calendar embedded in my client's web site. My demo app with the embedded ZOHO Calendar using the "event requisition" feature for appointment scheduling is ideal and functioning perfectly ... however - I am also required to develop a Customer Login Page and I would very much like to know if the unique appointment "Key Reference Number" assigned for each event/appointment by ZOHO Calendar can be exported into a data base or ascii text filenot seeing events from one user
We have 7 users. We all share our calendars with each other. I do not see one user's calendar on my calendar. I am subscribed in settings. The box is checked to view the calendar. We have removed and added the sharing. We have our calendars shared to our group, to which I belong and see everyone else's calendars. We have even tried adding a share specifically for me. The address that I'm subscribed to for this user has the exact same Calendar ID under the "other > calendars > details" as otherSupport for CalDAV MKCALENDAR / DAV MKCOL Verbs.
Hello! I am developing a calendaring application that interfaces with CalDAV servers. One of the requirements is to be able to programmatically create a new calendar within the user's area where their calendar resides. On other CalDAV implementations I can do this with a MKCALENDAR or MKCOL Method. When I try this on Zoho however, I get an HTTP 501 Not Implemented response. Is there any way to programmatically create a new Zoho user calendar (with or without CalDAV) via a web method? Thanks, MarkIs it possible to have a group calendar sync with iCal?

I've been playing with the plugin for outlook and have to say, it's just insufficient. We were hoping for a calendar tool that works in real-time with outlook. Unfortunately the way the plugin works now is barely sufficient to know what people are up to 30 minutes after they schedule . This means the Zoho calendar is useless for scheduling meetings, synchronizing schedule managed by a personal assistant or other authorized person etc. It is also very difficult to send/receive invites from a zohoDifferent Time Zones on Phone and Online
Hello I have noticed that when I add a meeting using the app on my phone and put in say 12.00-13.00. When I save the entry and then look at the calendar it appears as 11.00-12.00 on the app. But when I go onto my laptop and sign in through the website it appears as 12.00-13.00. Hello, For several months, I use "aCalDAV" on my Android smartphone, and it worked very well. But since 2 or 3 days, I get an error "invalid server answer, check URL". When i try to update the time of the event in the calendar, the events stays a whole day event in CRM, and my update is reversed after refreshing the page. Hi there, I have created a new zoho calendar account using the exchange active sync settings. I believe i have entered all the right details into the fields. After the final screen the account is setup and appears in my list but then when the app attempts to retrieve the calendar appointments i get an error that says "Your Zoho account settings are out of date". My iCal feed to google calendar does not work any more. I have attempted to readd zoho public and private feed and both report "We could not parse the calendar at the URL requested.". I then used http://severinghaus.org/projects/icv/ to check your iCal file and it also reported the same problem "Sorry, your calendar could not be parsed." Right, It only makes sense for the timezone to change automatically when selecting a London based timezone. In summer BST kicks in where in winter it switches to GMT. Why is this not fixed? I have my Zoho CRM calendar synced with Zoho Calendar. I have Zoho calendar set up to sync with my iPhone calendar. We have used an html from our zoho calendar to our web page for a few years now, but recently it is not syncing properly for subscribed users. We changed some recurring events, but although they reflect correctly on our web page subscribed users are not getting those changes like they used to. I am using template #7 embedded in an iframe on my website. It shows upcoming events. I just noticed that it does not show events for the current day. These events are day-long events, and I think they should be shown. Hello, our Zoho calendar recently does not send the calendar invites to emails with hotmail and yahoo domains and comes back with a "soft bounce". other domains like Gmail works fine. Also sending "email" to the same emails to the above domains work well
