Zoho Campaigns only have option to send different confirmation emails per form. But if you are using API or thirdparty forms you cant have different confirmation emails. :-( This is the reason why other professional newsletter services like getresponse

Design doesn't Match
Zoho Campaign designer has some major bugs. For one, it still has pasting issues regardless what the source is, and what browser. There are STILL spacing issues with copy & pasting. Preview emails do not match original campaign colors or design
When sending a test email after editing and saving, background and text look completely different in original design vs the preview emailed version.
