How to dynamically display image in a card
How can I display an image in a message card when the image is hosted elsewhere within Zoho? I've been told you can't display an image from Zoho CRM when an image is a record_image or attached to a record. How about an image that is hosted and shared within Zoho work drive? Is this possible?Skype integration
Forgive me if this has already been asked, but I find the group chat most convenient and have all but gotten rid of all of my IM client software except Skype (I don't really mind having Skype running also, but I would just like to use it for phone and Video, not the chat part). Hi there, We use Zoho Chat A LOT in my company, as we used to use Google Hangouts, but one major drawback with Zoho Chat is that we can never find something discussed in the history. It seems like it should be easy, right? There's a huge search bar at the top of the screen, which proposes options of searching in contacts, chats, etc... only it NEVER WORKS! I deal with individual clients who are not part of or representative of a "company" - it's just a person. When I invite them as a contact and they go to create their account, they're forced to create a "company". This can be confusing and make them feel out of place, as if they don't belong. As the title says Cliq for me on my windows 10 desktop is almost impossible to use. Scrolling through chats or even selecting different chats takes forever isnt smooth and lags to the point where its almost unusable. Any ideas to why this is and or any available fixes? I have Windows 10, and have downloaded the Cliq App from the store... but I can not get the App to automatically run in the background at startup... When I turn on my PC, Cliq does not automatically show up in my backgrond programs... Hi, I just tried to create an event in Clq, and use Zia as reminder. After saving the event, Zia started to send notifications to all attendees and created a dedicated conversation. In it, I saw Zia ask me, the creator of the event if I wanted to accept the invitation. This sounds a bit odd to me... As the creator of the event, should I obviously be part of it ? When I try set a reminder on a message I've received via chat bar (Cliq) in CRM the reminder date / time picker icon does not work. Cliq regularly signs me out of the Windows Desktop Application. It is not consistent; there will be times where it will allow me to stay signed in for 2 days straight and other days where it will sign me out after 4 hours, even while in use. We have Cliq on Windows Apps across our office. Starting on 22-05-19 messages have not been notifying the receivers in our entire organization. This includes private chats, mentions, and channel chats. There have been no machine reboots between the 21st (working) and the 22nd (not working) to suggest an issue like Windows Update. Hello! I started having issues with the Cliq desktop app on Monday, after a normal beginning-of-the-week restart of my computer (nothing special, no updates, everything was fine last week).
