While I am considering purchasing ZOHO-One I have a question regarding referring ZOHO to friends and professional contacts (free-lancers) I work with. Is it possible to collaborate and connect (through Cliq, Connect, Meeting, chat/channels (in ZOHO-Mail), etc.) with other ZOHO users who have their own account (not associated with my organisation)? This way we can create a network of ZOHO users. This would add extra value and benefit to recommending ZOHO.

Hello, the german translations are sometimes a little bit awkward. While loading a page you see the word "Ladet". This is an very old fashioned form of "he/she/it invites". Correct is "Lädt" (he/she/it loads) or better "Wird geladen" (loading). While demonstrating your boss the advantages of zoho, "Ladet" is really a showstopper. "(Spread)sheet" is translated in some places as "Blatt". "Blatt" is an arbitrary piece of paper, a newspaper, a set of cards or a botanic leaf. Better is "Tabelle". Greetings

Utterly confused by conflicting information!!! Multiple domains/ email addresses in ZOHO One
Since I have several educational institutions (each with different domains/websites/email addresses and processes) I have been trying to figure out whether it is possible to send & receive email from each different email address and do all the other things that the ZOHO-One platform offers (like CRM, Projects, Bookkeeping) for all of my different business entities within one single (I have no personnel) ZOHO-One account. Each time I receive a different answer, leaving me at this point utterly confused.

Mandatory Import Fields
I am importing consumer data into zoho, but I am having an issue with the two mandatory fields. Specifically, I do not need the company field to be mandatory as the business in question is a retail establishment and I am merely using zoho crm to automate email mailings at this point. Hi. I want to use ZOHO for 5 or more companies/projects. What is the best way to use ZOHO regarding user administration. Should I create just one User (one generell User for the whole ZOHO universe) and this user can be part of all the different projects / companies? Or Should I use one User for each project / company? Or Is it better to have one admin-user for changing the settings and one normal-user for working productivly? Pleas tell me pros and cons. Thank you!

I have 2 email addresses that I am using on zoho. I will like to link the accounts so that I can access either of them when necessary. How can I link them to my profile?
