We are planning to upgrade our infrastructure on Saturday, Aug 31, 2013 between 10 am PDT and 10 pm PDT. We have planned this upgrade in such a way that there is a minimal disruption of service during the maintenance period. The below features will be impacted during the maintenance period. Changing my payment details
Hi Team Zoho! I would like to change the credit card with which I am paying for my monthly subscription. I cannot find a 'My Account' tab on zoho.com and there is nothing leading to account or payment details in Zoho CRM. How do I go about making this change? Work Flow Rules and Updating Fields
We Currently have the Professional Edition of CRM Zoho. I'm trying to set up Workflow Rules and trigger an alert for when an Address field is changed on an Account. -I have the email template set up - but I cannot figure out what the rule needs to be. How can I make this work? Thanks!

I know this is not really a supported feature, but I had previously devised a way to accomplish this. Unfortunately, my solution has broken and I'm unable to get it to work now. Single Sign-on for new products
Dear Zoho team, I am experiencing trouble with Single Sign On for the new applications. Livedesk and Pulse. I need to do an extra step and click on the Sign In button when I want to open these applications. Is this a new policy from the firm? For all other applications (Mail, CRM, Projects, Support, People...), when I am logged in zoho.com, I can access them without having to go the the landing page. Could you please look into this? I cant send emails from my business email account configured with Zoho. I recently linked it to my Outlook through POP transfer... Is there an issue because of that? I am able to receive emails without any problem. Please help urgently.
SMS text messaging from Zoho for general communication
We use google voice to send SMS messages to peoples phones, mostly employees and vendors, very very handy. These are regarding specific topics and questions so I'm referring to user-sent, not automatically sent. It would complete the Zoho apps if we could dop ther same out of Zoho, is this possible?

Hello, When I signed-up first into Zoho (general), I used my gmail. Then I subscribed into zoho mail using my gmail again. I tried to set up my zoho mail under my domain name, then in order to use my domain name in my zoho email, I have created a new email address with my domain. SIMPLE: Returning to the home page
When you sign in and then scroll to the bottom of the page and select the area to work on, e.g CRM or Creator... Once entered into one of these sections of ZOHO how do you then return back to the main page in order to access another area of ZOHO? i.e. How do you navigate between different ZOHOs? I made a number of posts, but apparently until they are approved I can't revisit them. The Zoho Forums "My Area" (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/myarea/myposts) should show posts even prior to approval. (And if not approved that would be a convenient place for a moderator to indicate why.)
Need help with controls
I created my layout in Zoho and I imported my database into it. My problem is that my first field, which is called phone number, needs a button on it, so when the user types in a phone number and clicks the button, all of the data for that record will pop up in my form. Does anybody know how to do this?

When printing statements, how do we show the outstanding balance of each invoice rather than the original invoice balance?

Is there any way we can print at one time ALL statements with greater than zero balances rather than having to go to each customer page to do one at a time? We like to snail-mail paper statements out at the end of each month along with copies of each outstanding invoice.

We were so much willing to upgrade a plan, however we are still unsure about the features... one question is: If it's indicated that the plan will give you at most 500,000 Records, say in the Zoho Reports Standard Plan (currently i am under the 15-day trial period), how do you count those records? is it per table? per database? or overall? Discussion....How do these Zoho apps play together and who steps on whom???
I have been trying to decide which Zoho apps would work for us here and I'm having some difficulty. It appears at first I have identified the apps to use.... Creator, Books, CRM and Invoicing.... But it also appears that there are overlapping features. I need KISS... Don't want 14 different apps. I know for sure that we need Creator. Re: US-CERT Alert TA12-240A and Vulnerability Note VU#636312. Zoho seems to rely on javascript for the email log in page (and other functions?). We have been advised to disable java scripting in our browsers. When I did so, I could not log into Zoho. Do you have a different login option that addresses the security issue - does not use java script?
