I would like to have one task connected to multiple Boards. Is this an option? Currently, it appears that each task can only have one board. Example: I have a Board for my projects ('Projects Board'). The Sections are each project I am working on. Our team loves Zoho! We use Zoho One and this works perfect for our team of 8! However, our clients..................are totally unimpressed with our new platform. Our old platform allowed us to create groups for them in which we could : 1. Share Files 2. Chat 3. Create calendar events related to their project. Not being able to share files with them truly defeats the purpose of having a group. Why would a company as great a Zoho not allow this? By importing my contacts into ZOHO-Connect I unintended send everybody(!) an invitation to join ZOHO-Connect! I was not aware that this would be the consequence of importing the contacts and I think there should have been a warning/notification prior to sending everybody (EV-ER-Y-BO-DY!!!) a ZOHO invitation in my name! I feel very bad and embarrassed by this! Now I have to quickly delete all these "pending contacts" one by one. We import data from several different sources to produce our Manuals on Connect. In doing so, it needs header assignments/and text consistency, we are unable to do this right now. Cut & Paste is our main function, retracting data from word documents, web documents, and the like. Some basic fonts and font sizes are all that is required for our manuals to look professional to our clients. Hi, we're using Connect boards for tasks, and we can also view CRM Activities through Connect. For any of the Connect boards, I can easily add tasks - however there is no "New Task" buttons for any of the columns in the Zoho CRM section.
