New Member Says She Can't Connect Due To Previous Membership
I am trying to invite a new user to my Connect App. She says she is getting error messages since she previously used Zoho with the same email and evidently she cannot be part of two groups. This sounds to me like she could be confused... or is there something I need to tell her to do specifically, so she can use Zoho Connect for two separate organizations "Walls"? I remember that in the past I can show comments only or activities only in a task-card. I am using Connects - Tasks daily so I write many comments and review them many times. The activity reports seem to disturb me. In conclusion, may I hide activities and view comments only? Regards,Any suggestion about how Connect can be used with Projects?
Really felt amazing when the first time I tried Connect. But later I found that the position of Connect is a bit awkward -- As a user of Projects, I find that almost everything Connect can do is also available in Projects and Projects is even better. Manuals -- Pages (Feature in Projects: Versions) Forums -- Forums (Feature in Projects: Task association) etc... But I do like the feeling of Connect with it's modern UI comparing with Zoho old school style. Could you please provide some hint about inadding members in Zoho Connect
I am setting up ZOHO Connect for our small organization. Somehow I cannot add new users. When I am trying to add USERS I am forward to the ADMIN MAIL control panel in order to make new profiles for users. Problem is that the USERS already using ZOHO mail en ZOHO CRM. There is no need to make new users.. Can somebody helping me out here? .To be notified of the product changes in detail
I am really thankful for all the changes and redesigns you regularly launch regarding Zoho Connect. Some improvements are quite obvious but unfortunately I can't figure out all of them. Maybe I don't use some interesting new features just because I don't have the time to look all around Zoho Connect to try to find them. Am I the only having issues trying to move a task from one section to another on the iOS app? I can move from backlog to doing to done on web but cannot on mobile. Anyone else? Any suggestions? The label "Company" doesn't really apply to our organization. And is being met with some derision by our users. We are incorporated under a cooperative structure, so "Co-op" would apply better for our purposes. But I imagine other business types would appreciate this as well. Non-Profits, for example, might want to have a "Community Wall", or an "Organization Wall". We'd appreciate having the ability to edit this Company label and replace it throughout the interface wherever it may appear.How to force NightMode on Zoho Connect (Mac OS)?

Within both the mobile app and the web version, replies to a comment are not shown underneath the comment to which they apply. It's impossible to follow a conversation string, and it makes the Reply feature completely un-usable. We originally only had this issue in the mobile app, but now it's also happening within the web version (using both IE and Chrome). Is anyone else experiencing this? Hello, I think it would be a huge upgrade to Zoho Connect to allow "Quick Edits" of tasks. 1. Currently it is cumbersome to have to click on each task to assign a user, add a due date, assign priority, complete a task, etc. It would be great if there was a way to quickly make these updates when looking at a list of tasks (in any relevant list view such as list or section) without having to click on each task - similar to the method that many task manager programs like todoist do (see attachedZOHO CRM integration

Hi, Not sure if this is planned but it would be nice to have offline support for the desktop application. Since there are apparently no keyboard shortcuts for 'Connect', is there any way to work faster in Connect? Example: I just tried to delete (or at least make disappear from the list) some daily repeated tasks that have not been checked off for a while. Normally (in other software), in order to bulk delete, you can check the top one; hold shift; and check the bottom one in order to select the whole lot in between. Then you proceed by selecting what you want to do with the selected items: 'delete',How do recurring tasks work?
Hi, I have created a number of monthly recurring tasks but when I tick to complete the task it doesn't seem to replicate for the following month. Just seems to complete like any other month.
