Usability enhancements for reports
As a followup to this post : https://help.zoho.com/portal/community/topic/readability-enhancement-for-reports, we are planning to rollout a few more changes which will enhance the usability of reports. Creating a new module
Is there a way to create a new module that will populate with information from the leads module once a certain tag is applied and the convert button is clicked without populating the contacts and accounts module? This module will also need to have other information entered manually. See attached. Thanks
Trouble showing siganture fields in Record Summary PDF
Hi, I just found an error in a record summary export to PDF of a form I have been using for several months. The record summary includes different fields in different formats, and at the end it shows two sigantures from the same type of fields in the form. I have a sendmail function with the record summary as PDF in the attachment, and the image file show a broken file icon. I tried modifying the record summary by inserting the signature field directly or with an image link and does the same thing.
Transfer data
We have a custom app in creator but it would better serve us if it was a module in the crm. It links back to our crm anyway. Is there away of bringing that data over and cpmeeping the correct links. I have had a go but cannoypt get it to work?

@Zoho Recently changes were implemented in deluge which changed the way integration functions returned the result. Due to these changes code which previously worked as intended is returning errors. Editing records of a different form (selected in a lookup field) from the first form
Got a work authorisation application in which a work package may include one or more specific jobs. So the work item record has a multi-select lookup field. Great you can easily choose and assign specific jobs to a work package. Problem is my users constantly moan they they want to work with a single form (mainly using mobile version creator) ie be able to edit the job records directly from the work package and NOT have to constantly flit between different reports and edit forms. Word Order System: Close Order only if 2 conditions are met.
I created a basic Work Order system which I use to keep track of my projects. The WO system has a STATUS field which allows me to set the status of each project to any of the following: o In Progress o Awaits Approval o On Hold o Needs Invoice o Invoiced o Closed It also has another field called "CAPTIONS NEEDED?" which I use to remind myself of this additional service which *must* be done for every project. Can a form be saved for later submit?
We have a form in our Creator app, when it is submitted an email notification goes to the admin as well as an email address that is in a field on the form itself. Would it be possible to create a Save button, where the form gets saved, but the notification does NOT trigger? So we'd have two buttons on the form Save and Submit. Please let me know if you need further clarification.

Looking for advice/code samples for Zoho Creator to Zoho books
i've created a Work Order system using Creator. Once the Work Order is complete I want to send the data to Zoho Books so an Invoice can be generated. Bear in mind that Im also using Zoho CRM and have synced "Accounts" to the Zoho Books "Contacts". My goal is to send the invoice to Books in the proper client account. If there is anyone here who has some code examples on how to obtain the correct contact ID in Books based on the Account ID or Account Name that I have access to via CRM, please share.
Restrict records in reports based on user - Zoho creator
I have created an application. In general an admin has access to view all the records. I have shared the application in customer portal. Users who access the customer portal should see only the records created by them in report. But admin should all the records created by the portal users. How can I achieve this in zoho creator? Any script needs to be written? I am new to zoho. Please help me.

I believe ZOHO Creator really needs a "Find & Replace" feature, as in any word processor. I am aware of find and group edit, but I am talking about finding a specific word or phrase and replacing only that with whatever is desired.

Failed to add data (error in send confirmation mail)
In these two last days e-mail notification does not work. Anything changed ?? The message error is the following: FAILED TO ADD DATA. Furthermore, include user submitted data is blank. I am trying to create a Custom Action button that when clicked, will transfer the data from the selected records to Zoho Invoice to obviously create and invoice that includes all of the selected records. Creator - Offline Mobile App (iPhone)
The Creator documentation states "The Zoho Creator mobile app can cache recently accessed Forms, so it is available when a user's device is offline or unable to connect to Zoho Creator." Hi. I use the Zoho creator app for my work. It works very well and I am mostly pleased with it, but there is one aspect in particular that is highly annoying and time inefficient. When I press the submit button and successfully submit data, it pops up with a 'Data Added Successfully' message. I then have to click the ok button to acknowledge it before it reloads the form. I am trying to sort records in a for each loop and it appears that it is not sorting. The records always appear to sort in the order of the record ID rather than the field name 'Priority'. Custom function to create event is adding 6hrs to start time?
My custom function works except it is adding 6 hours to the event start time. I've tried various solutions but none have worked. Any suggestions? It's pulling the datetime from a custom field in my Lead record. The event date/time in my lead record field is named 'Product Demo'. Filter openURL for all IDs in a list
I have a multi-select lookup field. My ultimate goal is to be able to add IDs from the picklist and then be able to edit them without having to submit the main form. The only idea i have is to have a checkbox under the lookup field that when checked, would open a report/view of ONLY the records inside the multi-select lookup field. This way I'll be able to edit the records. My question is, how do I go passing parameters thru openURL so that I see only the IDs inside the current lookup field? If
