Hi there, I am newbie in Zoho Creator. I am trying to build a Member Management System. Couple of questions: 1. Every time a member is registered I need to generate and save a unique ID per member in the format STATECODE-DISTRICTCODE-CATEGORYCODE-FACILITYCODE-SITECODE-AUTOINCREMENT_NUMBER. So, it is a combination of Formula and Auto Increment field types. Each of the CODEs are 2 or 3 letter CODES. What is a good way to achieve this format? I see that a solution is provided at https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/auto-generate-field-based-on-other-fields.
popup window in visible area of embedded forms
On embedded forms, popup window is displayed in the center of iframe only. So, when you scroll to the bottom or top of the form, this message can be seen only by scrolling all the way to the center. How to display popup window near "+" Add button in visible area of iframe. Thanks!
Shop Maintenance Report
We invision a system that creates a shop maintenance report on a daily basis. Each time we finish a task (i.e. mop the floors) we can scan a bar code and it populates the completed task in a record. Any thought would be greatly appreciated.
Form/Report embed
I am creating a page based on a number of forms and reports. I would have parameters which filter the contents of the reports in the HTML page, depending on parameters in the URL. For example, I have 3 reports, and I want to have the date column match the date set in the url. I assume I change the Search String in the Embed Form|Report dialogue..? The other thing that is not working is if I change to Free Flow Script, and back to script builder, and edit a Form|Report it opens it as HTML, rather

Just tried to post twice about a major issue I'm having and seems it was marked spam, what is going on? This is incredibly obnoxious? It's absurd to auto flag a paying customer as spam.

Updating a status field while using a Look-up
Hi, I am trying to update a "status" drop menu when I change my Look-Up field. My Look-Up field is currently used to get names of people. I want to change it so that if my Look-Up field is set to a person, it will change the status field to "On Loan". Thanks.

What Formula Functions can be used with Pick List fields?
I am using a pick list field in a formula, what functions apply to pick list fields Specifically, I have a pick list Price that contains numbers (18,21,31, 36,40) which equate to a quantity value. Bulk Update More Than 200 Records
It seems that when I use the "select all" check box and then bulk edit, it is only grabbing the visible page of 200 records, not the entire list, about 13k for me. Is there a way to bulk edit all of these?

problem in converting rich text to map

Pivot Table limitations
Is there a know limit to the number of records a form can have for pivot table reports to work correctly? I have a very large collection of records in one form and pivot table reports don't seem to be accessing all the data for their results.

Embedded reports for shared data all of a sudden began asking for login
I've had reports embedded into my website for years. All of a sudden, the reports are no longer showing, but a login request is showing in their place. I logged into Zoho and checked, and everything is still Shared. They appear fine when I'm logged in, but as soon as I'm logged out, the login request appears again. What changed at Zoho?

I have a SCHEDULE form with a SITE dropdown and an ALL SITES check box. Is it possible to create a View that takes input from more than 1 Form?
I have created an app with about 10 forms and about 20 views. What I want to do is bring together all the DATES in the forms into a single view (in the shape of a calendar, rather than list). Is this possible? I guess one way of doing it would be to set up the View to receive input by email, and then to have all the forms send input that way. But even if that works, it seems rather circuitous. MANY THANKS for any tips or tricks.
Dynamic Picklist not submitting selected choice on add
I set up a dynamic picklist and the options available in field 2 depend on what I selected in field 1. The problem occurs once I hit submit. In the corresponding report, the option I selected in field 2 is not recorded. The record displays all other entries except the selection from the dynamic picklist (field 2). I want to make what I think should be a very simple report in zoho creator. The report would show us the number of leads we get per day. Should be easy but i can't see any way to add zoho record creation date to one of the report axis. Why is this field not available to add to an axis? Page Printing - Not printing record detail
I have created a page "test page". In the page I have embedded a stateless form "job detail". The "job detail" form pulls information when the field "Job Number" is selected. The "test page" looks great on screen but when I print the page I get all the fields from the "job detail" stateless form with no data or record information. All the fields are blank. Record summary condtionally
Hello everyone, Is it in any way possible to make a record summary conditionally? For example: When, in a form, question 1 is not answered and question 2 is answered I want only to be shown question 2 and the answer on question 2. So the question 1, which not has been answered, is blank. Or is there an other way to generate such a summary? Maby trough pages? Hello, I have a form with 30 questions. A customer answer these 30 questions with answers. Some questions can't be answered. So a couple of fields will be empty. Now I would like a report or export to excel with only the answers which have an answer. Is this possible? Or how can I fix this problem? Data based upon Form responses?
I'm looking for a way to capture Form answers and turn them into numerical "score" outputs. For instance, if a respondent answers A to Question 1, I want answer A to equal 6 points, and if they answer B, then B might equal 9 points, etc. Instead of me manually tabulating the numerical scores based upon respective answers, is there an "If/Then" feature that would make these calculations for me and then send to me via email?
