Different price based on field value
Hi, I have one service, gymnastics classes at various preschools, I'd like to sell via a form in Zoho Creator. I want to use the same form for all locations/class times but need price to change based on field "school name" parent selects for their child. For example, Parent registers child at school selected in drop down field "school nam" called ABC School. the price may be a recurring monthly cost of $49. Another parent may select school DEF school and the price there is a recurring monthly cost
Variable Field names for reporting product attributes
I would like to create a report of Products that for every Product includes fields like: Part number Description Product Type Manufacturer Data sheet link but also has a number (say 10) fields that contain attribute values (text or decimal) such as: Weight Power Type etc. BUT I need to be able to change the attribute field name depending on the Product Type i.e. some product types will require certain attributes but not others. Does anyone know how to achieve this?
Office 365 Single Sign On for Zoho Creator
Hi, We are using Zoho Creator to build apps to be used across our enterprise and are interested in using Office 365 Single Sign On for all our Active Directory users (about 2400) to access our Creator apps. Do you know when SSO will be supported in Zoho Creator? I see that the Office 365 SSO option is available on the accounts.zoho.com login page, but that provides a poor user experience for our end users. Allowing a user from outside the organisation access a report and update a form using a custom action
I have create a report and also a custom action that allows a user to see a list of records in a report and then click a custom action which will open. dialogue window where they can enter data using a stateless form which then updates a record in the database once submitted. This works for an internal user however when I send a link to the items I want to share with a user external to the organisation. All that is visible is a form which is not what I want. Hi For my form created in Zoho creator, i want to have a check. Only 1 time a day the form can be submitted for K&n K2, G1, .. So when someone tries to send the form again on the same day when K1 (or K2,..) is selected a message should be displyed. How can this be achieved as a script in delunge? Kind regards
How to build Api integration
Hi there, i've been using creator for our standalone app in the past year. Now I would like to build an integration with local (Dutch) accounting software. They do have an API available, and I'd like to have Creator create a new customer when we do that in our accounting software, and vice versa. Import existing customers with paypal
Hi, I need to import about 180 existing students into our database whose parent already pays monthly via PayPal recurring payments...what is the best workaround/way to: A) import these students with their associated parent contact (2 separate forms: 1 for students, 1 for parents then Set in creator to Lin) infoand B) import their payment information either automatically (hopefully) or manually if I absolutely had to do it that way?
Stateless Forms - next previous buttons
Right so I have a multiple form app (using stateless forms) writing to a single table . What I can't work out is what the onclick command is for custom buttons to go to the next stateless form or previous ! How to save field settings???
I feel like there's some secret button I'm supposed to click to get Creator to save form field settings. I'll set something in the field, like the name of the field. Then a little yellow box appears that says "Saving Changes...". Then, when I go back to the edit the form, none of the changes are there. I have a form Expenses. I have two field I need to work with, (1) Reason for expense and (2) order#. Zoho Creator - using form fields without using a form layout
I have created several forms in Zoho Creator but, rather than the single- or double-column layout, the owner wants them to look like the final version (nicely arranged, custom colors, logo in the corner, etc) from the get-go. We use ZOHO CRM to manage our leads and when the lead turns into a DEAL we create an EVENT and invite our consultant via email to attend the meeting. Hi, I want to be able to send an email automatically based on the status of a dropdown. Thus I would like to have a function that will take the current form as a parameter and gather input data, recalculate and re-populate fields with new result. Is there any way to know in creator where all a certain Deluge field is reffered to? e.g. I've a field "Target_Dispatch_Date_from_Factory" This was a date entry field but I am planning to change it to an autocalculated formula based on another field. Display a field list from all records to aid in data entry to prevent duplicates
I have an "Add new customer" form with a Single Line text input field to get the customer name but to prevent users from accidentally adding the same customer which existed already I want to show them a list of existing customers from the same form. What's a good way of doing that. I tried a formula but that only refers to the current customer. I want a list of all customers already in the db to be displayed maybe next to the entry field. Thoughts?
Can I highlight a field to indicate out of range numeric inputs?
I want to indicate an out of range numeric input on the form to the user by (say) putting a red box or highlighting it in some way. Is this possible in Zoho creator? e.g. say the form is a quality control form and if a parameter is greater than 10 I will flag it. Note, I know about alert and cancel submit. That's not what I want. The user should only be gently nudged not that the form entry should be prohibited.
