Adding form data to multiple records
Been using Zoho for a while, but now wanting to elaborate on something we tried to do a couple of years ago. Our overall setup is quite complex, but the part in question is probably so simple for someone that knows how to do it. If we have a FORM, called "New Job". Within this form we have a lookup field linking to another FORM called "Customer Records". Now we can create a New Job and attach this to either a new customer, or an existing customer..... We go to a VIEW created on "New Job" form data,
Custom CRM fields in an application?
When I add a reference to Zoho CRM to an application, I can select a module (i.e. Contacts). Then the application user is presented with the ability to look up contacts to select or add a new contact. 1. What I want to do is skip the look up portion and have them create a new contact. How do I do this? 2. The Quick Create dialog for the new contact only lists a couple of fields. How can I designate more, and can custom fields from our CRM be included in this dialog? Thanks

Can Creator be used to create a web form for CRM?
We have done some customizations within Zoho CRM and want to create a form for our website that allows for the creation of an account, associated contacts, and an invoice for an annual payment. Then we would also like the form to allow for returning members (accounts) to look up their account and renew without having to re-enter all their contact information. Need Help for PHP Return Page

Record deletion time stamp
Good afternoon, I am familiar with both the "Added Time" and "Last Modified Time" time stamps. On my form, the "Added Time" works wonderfully. The "Last Modified Time" is not working as wonderfully. Problem: On delete, the "Last Modified Time" is displaying what appears to be random dates and times. Example: These are all reports of records deleted from my form at approximately the same time on Saturday, 3 November. Please observe the time stamp placed by the "Last Modified Time": was removed

Edit form with subform (window size change) causes button issue
When u edit a form with subform if you have a subform field such as notes which expands the edit window vertically it seems the submit / update buttons lose their position. The result is you click update nothing happens (the edit box changes size) and you have to click update again for the change to take affect

zoho creator funnctions stop to work on edit mode
Hi evreybody, i've this problem. I was changing deluge scripting when i discovered that if i open the main form in edit mode, some functions about the relative sub-form stopped to work...but i can't understand why! As you can see in the attach, i try, just for example, to get an alert from the subform, when entering a new description...if i'm in "on Add" situation, i got the alert correctly, If in "on Edit" situation, it doesn't work...could you help me!?!?!? Charge the list values from a another form
I have one aplication with 2 form. One it's a table for machines and the another one it's a table for fundraisers. I want create one list field that it can update automatically when the user selected the camp of centers. In another words, when the user select the comercial center, the camp of the machines can update automatically filtred by the comercial center. A recent update to the zoho system has broken the Header Options for the PRINT and PDF buttons for HTML view pages in Internet Explorer. This feature still works properly using Firefox. Are there changes I need to implement to correct this or is this an issue being worked on? Corey

Assign a list to a dropdown ?
In a form I have -a text field (for example: "apple, orange, cherries"). and -a dropdown with 3 values (1, 2, 3) Now, I convert the text into a list and I want to assign the values of to the list to the dropdown. ("apple" instead of 1, "orange" instead of 2...) Is it possible? Or dropdown accepts as values only those of a form or the default definition?

Hi, To emulate search, I have an html view with stateless form that when submitted its open the same location url while amending an id. This works fine on the web view. Deluge Script Advice Request
Hello. this is my first time trying to create a script and I need a little help. I have a "parts" view and a "add parts" form. The "parts view" is already populated with data. One of the fields in this view is "part number". Upon load I would like the "part number" field in the form to be automatically populated with the next sequential number available from the "part number" field in the view, lets say 06200. I would also like it to be display only. Any advice is appreciated.

URL field and passed parameters
I want to include a hyperlink in the body of a form that says Click Here . Clicking will take the user to one of two zoho forms. Which one will depend on other information in the main form. Modify checkbox labels through Deluge scripting
In my form, my users can indicate if a requested change is for an entire week or for specific days. If they choose specific days, I have it display a checkbox field that allows them to specify which days. However, I'd like it to dynamically change the labels based on a date they chose earlier. So, for example, if they pick 10/8/2012 from the date field, the specific days should be: Monday (10/8/2012) Tuesday (10/9/2012) Wednesday (10/10/2012) etc etc. Is there any way to do this through deluge scripting?

Hi. A lookup-picklist displays a list of names to choose from. I want to know the record ID# of the selected item. Say, formA and formB. In formB there is a lookup field that import data from formA. After selection, i need to know the item's ID, cause i need to fetch from formA the value of the item (eg. Getting values from Zoho Invoice in a Formula Field - NOT WORKING
Here is what I have: A formula field on the form that calls a function, The function accepts the ID field of the form as the parameter. The function makes a call to Zoho Invoice Get Invoice Item API (https://invoice.zoho.com/api/items/) The function works perfectly when tested independently for the same ID values that the formula field would have passed in.
