Hello, I'm developing an app to control a small store. I have the table to registrate de products and other table to register the quantity of "buy" and "sell" movements of the products. How do I do to sum all the "buy" and all the "sell" columns according to a product ID. Then calculate how many items remain in stock calculating total_buy - total_sell of each product in the list. One Lookup from multiple fields
I have one form with fields for the names of the members of a family: Mothers_Name; Fathers_Name; Sibling1; Sibling2; Sibling3. There is also a field for Family_Id. On another form I would like a dropdown to select a family member after the user enters the Family_ID. Is there a way to create a list of values from the multiple fields on another form? Herb Wexler

(It is probably easy for most of you) I have created a form that includes these columns: DISCOUNT CODE DISCOUNT DOLLAR VALUE DISCOUNT PERCENTAGE EXPIRY DATE In my Web Form I have Discount field where a user can enter a Discount Code. I need to have some kind of journal entries, where the classes can be either 30,45 or 60 minutes length. I have a reference table that holds these values (lesson_length). I need an interface on to create a new entry for a lesson. While Zoho is most certainly an excellent product, I am not entirely satisfied with the look of the forms that Zoho helps me generate. I would like to group sets of fields and maybe put a header over them or a border surrounding them, whereas right now all of my fields run together. Hello, I am creating a meeting attendance application with a members 'table' and a meetings 'table'. I have my meetings forum using a lookup field for the members 'name' field. It's working great and it makes it very easy to record attendance. However, I am trying to view an individual member's attendance. I know that in the meetings view I can filter by particular members in the 'Attended' lookup field, but I want to be able to print off a sheet that lists all the members and their recent attendance.

Custom Action button - move from right to left hand side of view
I want to move the custom action button I created so it displays on the left-hand side of each record in my view, instead of on the right-hand side as it does by default. How do I go about this? I tried moving the "custom actions" code related to the button in the script to a position higher up, but I keep getting error messages. Can the button be moved, or is it stuck on the right-hand side?
Another new Defect in ZOHO Creator
@ZOHO Creator Support: As of this morning ... during Edit Mode ... whenever I try and click on the ... Validate on Form Submit Action on Success ... links for the Submit Button of Forms ... ZOHO Creator goes into a never-ending display of "Loading ..." However, if I click on the Tab called Script ... and then click on any of the links under Form Actions (in the left panel), I can get the code to display without any problem. Schedule Emails to Records (at specific times!) NOT FULLY ANSWERED
I am trying to schedule emails to be sent at specific times to my records that were entered into forms. There are two problems with this when operating from the "Schedules" tab: Creating a New Form Schedule doesn't allow you to schedule the exact times of emails, it is all relative to when the data was added or modified, which doesn't work for me because I need to send the email at the same time for all records. calculated field in report

Send Mail editor dialog box does not show rich text options.
I am trying to create a series of automatic emails that can be sent out from my Zoho Creator database, but the Rich Text tab is not showing in the Send Mail editor window, nor can I edit the Message in Script Builder mode. All I can do is manually type out the emails in Free Flow Scripting mode and I do not know all the formatting options such as bold. Does anyone know if this feature has been disabled? Is there a way to turn it on?

Is there a way in a view or report to count the total number of checkboxes selected? For each record I have 50 checkboxes, and I'd like to be able to count the total number of check boxes selected. It'd be nice to also count the total number of records that have selected each checkbox.

Changing Field Names via Form Definition
When the form is in edit mode, you can change its name and display string, but you get an error if you try changing the name through the form definition. If you make lots of changes all at once (as I did when I applied a naming convention), it's cumbersome.

Automatically open and filter a view
I've created a Jobs database whereby you can create Tasks and assign them to Jobs using a unique Job number. I'm trying to find a way whereby when a Task has been created against a Job, after the Task has been submitted, the Task view automatically opens but only displays the Tasks assigned to the Job in question including the recently added Task. I've been trying to do it with 'OpenURL' but not sure if this is possible. Any ideas? Martyn

Can not Select Text in HTML View Freeflow Mode under IE v7
I had reason to access ZOHO Creator from my IE v7 Browser (instead of my usual practice of using Firefox) ... when trying to edit an HTML View using Freeflow Mode ... I would like to create a field for Total Weight in my View. This would calculate all the Weights chosen over a period of time from the Weight Dropdown by user in my form Example: User: Chris Weight: 3 Weight : 5 And then calculate the total in a Total Field in my view Total Weight:8 Does anyone know how to do this?
