I am trying to get jquery to work on a form I have on a usercontrol. My web application has a masterpage, The current page I am working on has several forms which are on usercontrols loaded onto the parent page by the click of a menu control option,which then loads the required form contained on a usercontrol dynamically via a place holder located on the parent page.The placeholder is itself placed in an ajax update panel control. view reports under category
I'm really loving the invoicing and expenses. Would it be possible to add the reports associated with a category on the left side of the screen? If I'm on Invoices, rather than click Reports, etc, it would be great if the Invoice reports were on the left. Same with the expenses, etc. It would just be faster to look at something. Thanks!
Disappearing html view popup
I have an html view that i call with a button (openUrl) in a list view. For some records in the list view the popup (the Zoho-kind with 'close' in the upper right corner) displays like it should. For most records though the content also displays correctly but the popup disappears after about a second! The screen is left black. When trying to find what causes this I started to delete the content of the html view. The only result I got that in the very end (when there was almost nothing left at all
How can two similar users see very different behavior in Creator?
This is strange! I have 8 similar users entering data in my Goldberg Intake app. Earlier this week, my first user to sign up (stephenrhodes) started seeing odd behavior. For example, when in the "HRT View", if he selected the "This one" print link for any valid HRT case... the Zoho Creator app appears to be trying to take him to a log-in screen even though he is already logged in! password reset in a none Zoho environment
Last year I asked Zoho about the ability to direct my users to a password reset facility that was not branded as Zoho. We have removed (and paid for) rebranding, and have hosted the app in our web site, however, if a user cannot remember their password, they are directed to Zoho. As I will be paying for all of my licence holders, I do not want the to be exposed to Zoho as it is confusing for many of my clients. Long Relational Forms
I have created a relational database, and now am putting up forms on my website to collect the information (application). The problem is that I collect company information in one form, then I send them to another form where I hope to allow them to make as many contact entries for their company as necessary. I suppose the best way is to add a button at the bottom. So after the usual submit (which may be changed to submit final contact) and reset, there should a button that says add another contact.
New data not appearing in Reports or Charts!
I'm testing the Reports and Charts feature and find it potentially very useful except... To simplify testing, I've created a "Record Finder" view to gather the needed fields from my Client intake form. I then created several reports and charts built on this view. On the date I create the report or chart, everything looks great but..... As new data is added in the following days the new data appears in the "Record Finder" view but not in any of the charts or reports. Here's a link to the Record
share in zoho creator returns an error
i am a paying subscriber. when i invite a user to access database in zohocreator they click on link and it says zoho component does not exist. when you click ok to close that message you can then access the database. why is this happening please respond asap

Creator "Reports" Beta bugs
I'm using Firefox 3.5.5 on my MacBook. I'm using the "Drop Down Menu" Layout in my App. When I put more than one Chart or Report on a tab, they display properly in a drop down list but can not be selected. Moving the mouse pointer over the report or chart item turns the arrow into an "I beam" as though it was trying to edit text. Other forms or views on this same menu behave properly. If I change to any other type of layout, the issue is resolved. Rick Clay

Using forms to edit records
I'm a Zoho newbie. I have created a form and a view. I am able to use the form to enter new records and use the view to filter my records. However, I have not figured out how to use the form to edit an existing record. Is it possible to use the input form to retrieve a record/edit/resubmit?
Error migrating from Access to Zoho creator
I have succesfully opened my access database with the migration tool, and I try to upload the database to a new application. I only have one application. the upload take a very very long time (one hour) but the database is about 2mb. I don't know what to do I have uploaded the database and the ds file from temp as asked before by moderator. thanks in advance.

Works great. But when I try to do the same from my web page with the form embedded it doesn't work. I have added the parameter to the URL in the iFrame. How to make a dropdown fields options change on users input?
I am wondering how you can make a dropdown field where there are two drop down fields, and once you select one of them the other option change to match the user input. I was finally able to get the Ical Feed to work in my application; however I am now trying to figure out how to only show free/busy details on the Google calendar (if the user is not logged into that Google Account) For primary Google calendars, you can maintain this under the "Share this calendar" setting - "Share only my free/busy information (Hide details)", but I don't know how to do this or if this is even possible. PROBLEM: No FINISH button when Importing a .xls file to create an application
Problem: After uploading and attempting to import a .xls file to Zoho Creator to create an application, the on-screen instructions say to click a "finish" button when the user is done making changes in preparation for field and data import & app creation, but there is no "Finish" button visible. I tried this same process in 3 different browsers (Safari, Firefox, and Google Chrome), and the results were always the same - no "finish" button. Renamed application still appears with old name for shared users
I renamed an application that has shared users, but the old application name still appears in the list of shared applications that users see. When a user clicks on this, a message appears saying application does not exist. I had to remove the shared users from the new application name and reassign them again for the new application name to appear in a shared users list. The old application name however still appears. Is there any way of removing this old application name from the shared users list?

There is the client details form then a form for the details of each of the clients children, then a form for each of the clients automobiles, then a form for each of the clients pets. Hi Guys, I use Zoho Creator to run a runner ranking program. The idea is that runners submit their timings for a particular distance (they can choose from a total of 6 different distances). For a given distance, i need a 'rank' assigned to each runner. Right now, i do it manually i.e. export the data and sort the entries and then assign ranks (which will be displayed through a view). I know i can auto-assign serial numbers (by using counters), but can't seem to get a solution for assigning ranks

Criteria - Show only if date field is older than one month
How would I write the script for the criteria on a view that only shows records that have a Date field that is older than 1 month from the current date? In other words, I don't want a record to show up in a certain view unless the Date field on that record has an entry that is older than one month from the current day.
