"On Edit" rules do not work when bulk edit
Hi Zoho, I have a report list of many documents. I have a rule that when adding a link to an entry, the "Done?" checkbox goes from "false" to "true". When adding a link to multiple files with bulk edit, the rule do not work and the "Done" field stays "False". when trying again to edit the entries one by one, everything works. I know you can hide certain fields from specific users and that you can also make the whole form read only but that's not the functionality I need. I'm trying to create a custom action to display an event in calendar view, and I'm able to specify the month but on the week view the calendar always opens on the first week of the month. I'm trying to open the calendar week view on the third week of the month making the users click through the arrows searching for the specific event. I'd like to include in that email a simple mechanism for the user to click a link and mark the task as done.
