Sandbox deployment error
I have a Creator app which I'm modifying in Sandbox. But when i tried to publish the changes to live it pops an "Error in publishing" without any description attached. When does this error occur and can someone explain how to fix it? Thanks
Copy or duplicate application - not working with New Application Builder
I cannot copy or duplicate an application. I have been able to do this in the past and it has been a quick an easy way to share application logic between team members. It use to work by clicking on "Copy Application" under Options menu. Has this changed ? Is it broken by the New Application Builder?
Captcha verification not working
Hi, I have embedded a Zoho Creator form on my Wordpress site and the Captcha verification is not working. It refuses to accept the verification code I enter. I've tried it multiple way (caps, non-caps, Safari, Explorer) without success. I see a number of previous problems reported on this topic, but none appear to have been resolved. Thanks, Peter
FORM in edit mode not visible?!
Any idea what can cause the FORM for which I have a VIEW not to be visible in the edit mode but can be seen in the Data Entry mode? Thank you.
OpenID Invalid/Unauthorized authentication
Since Morning, We are getting error .. 'Invalid/Unauthorized authentication response received from OpenID IDP. Please retry sign in to Zoho'. I check my email login which is on Google Apps(pentaitservices.com), everything is fine and nothing has been changed. ( I have 3 Active user id's , in all users facing the same issue). "Account is inactive"
Hi, My business account (username arsharpe2 and email robert.sharpe@evergreen-consulting.co.uk) returns "Account is inactive" when I try to log in to Creator. Unfortunately, the locked account also means that I cant access my previous business emails and business CRM data having a major impact on my business. Could someone please activate the account as soon as possible. Regards, Rob
long number show as 2.98342E+18 on exports!
Hi Zoho, On a form I have a field containing a long number (like the Zoho ID). when exporting the form to CSV, it looks like 2.98342E+18 and all the last digits become 0000 (it rounds it up....) how can I prevent this? thanks Ravid
Wordpress plugin for creator is not working
Hi all, I can't get Wordpress plug in to work. I see it in the menu after installation, which means to me it was installed. When I click it, it will start but never finish loading. Anyone can give some pointers? Thanks.
Fields not showing in report builder

Hello I am still using Zoho C4. When a user submits a form-mobile with photo attached it forces the zoho login page. Not sure what is happening. This was always a problem in the past, but now it is starting to occur for a large set of my users. Before we thought it was the image sizes being too big, but we had our limit increased and it stopped happening.

Zoho Creator Sandbox
I am trying to create a sandbox for an app in creator. When I click on create sandbox, the coloured dots just cycle through. I had it running over 20 minutes and nothing. I've also tried different days in case there was a system issue. Any ideas please.
Pivot displays currency as $ when field is GBP
In the Pivot menu Settings>Format Selecting the Format link for my currency field The option for Currency Symbol is greyed out. I cannot change. Also, if I set the decimal places as two - this saves but does not display all values to two places. Any help would be appreciated, Geoff...

Attachments not added to scheduled reports
Hi - we have a number of reports that are sent automatically as attachments to emails using Workflow>Schedules. They have worked fine for a long time but now the emails go out without the report being attached. The reports are attached when we do an "execute now" command, but not under the scheduled system. Any thoughts on how to correct this? Thanks.
Section Icons Are Not Updating
I changed the section icons and they were working perfectly. But suddenly they changed to the default section icon. When I try to update them, it saves but they don't change. I've tried to reset and select new ones, but still the same result.
Uploading photos via published Mobile Form - Forces Zoho log in screen
My users have been experiencing this random error for the past couple years. Not sure what causes, did not happen for a while but recently have been getting reports of it. Essentially I have users submitting data via a published mobile form and when the user tries to submit it will force the Zoho login screen and subsequently the user loses all the information they were trying to submit.
delete Customer portal User via Creator
Hello, my problem ist, that i have a Customer Portal with many customer accounts. Now, due to security, i must guarantee, that any User can Delete his account by Click. Aktually i have a "Delete Account" Page. This page ask for the Password. On send with the right Password, the User where Logged out and in Zoho CRM where marked, that this account ist disabled, so the Customer Portal didn't show any Data. BUT i need, that these account where deleted from the Creator Customer Portal. Is there a Solution
MS Word crashes when trying to mail merge with Creator Plugin

Zoho Creator Won't Take Pictures on iPhone 5C
We noticed on our iPhone 5C that we can't take a picture while in the mobile app. Everything else works great. When we hit the camera option all that pulls up is a blank screen. The camera will not work. Is this something that just occurs for the iPhone 5C and is there a fix? Thanks!
Slow access in China
I have a collaboration tool developed in Zoho Creator. People in the US/Canada and China are accessing it. People in Zhejiang, China, today told me that the access is very very slow, unbearable so they can't do their job. Is there a way we can go around this? The same people in the same location used to access Zoho Creator with decent speed. Thanks.
URGENT- Can't add records or upgrade subscription

background in html-pdf view

In a simulator I can see the correct html view, but when I put it in the view of zoho creator I can see the image as background. How can do to see it? Thanks Mic
ZOHO Creator Mobile app issues
Been using the mobile app for android 4.0 and higher device and on Apple's IOS 7 and higher devices. Everything seems good so far with exception of a few bugs. When searching or going back to another view on android the app will go non responsive and then ask to force close. I have seen this several times on 5 different android 4.0 and higher devices. On IOS 7 the only issue is when trying to view records in a calendar format, the app will force close immediately, have tried this on I phone 4's through

Duplicate Application Error
I am not able to duplicate an application in creator. I press duplicate, and the system says duplicating for a minute or so, but then no duplicate is ever made or displayed in the application list. Please help this is an urgent problem
Mobile Sign-in frame clipped
Some mobile browsers (Dolphin is my favorite) give a very good approximation of the desktop experience with Zoho Creator (if they are set to Desktop mode). I have noticed, though, that the Sign In frame is usually clipped (see picture below). The Sign In still works, but one has to know that it is the submit button, AND one's finger has to be nimble in order to "click" the little bit of submit button showing. Might this be something that Zoho could fix by moving the check boxes to the left and putting
Problem deleting record(s)

Today, I also could not delete records in a form with multiple lookups after I uploaded the same record multiple times to do testing. That time, I just deleted the form and started over. Lookup field not showing all possible fields in other forms
I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I am trying to create a lookup field in this table, but when I try to choose the field that exists in another form, that field doesn't show up on the list of possible fields to create that relationship. Why is this happening?
