I am new to scripting, but i am trying to figure out how to make the dashboard page be the page that users see every time they log in. now it takes them to the last page they were on instead of the dashboard.

Embedding a Google Map into a Form
I'm creating a property database application and I'm trying to give the users the ability to find the location of the property on a google map. Is it possible to embed a google map on a form so that when users input a new property they can locate the address on a google map, which will then be displayed in the report so that when I run the report I can easily find where the property is located?

The dropdowns for each column name only display the first column name, none of the others are available. I've tried comma and tab separated files, same result. Where am I going wrong here?
Form to fill limited Volunteer positions
We'll be recruiting 350+ volunteers for 40 positions. The form will collect the basic name, address, email, etc plus volunteers will pick what position/shift they want to help. Is there a way to limit the number of volunteers submitting for a specific position. Example, we need 20 volunteers for registration....after we have 20, we either need to remove that option or show it filled. How can we limit specific positions? Thanks Doug
Attachment File Size Limits
I am wondering if there are any plans to increase the file size limit of 1MB for files attached to database entries. I often need to attach .pdf files to certain entries, but I seem to always have a handful of files that go just over the 1MB limit. Even a relatively small bump to 2MB per file would be a big help. Lock date in Calendar View
Hi All, I'm working on a application that revolves around a Calendar View. The drag and drop feature is just superb however I've come up against an issue that I can't think of a way to solve so any help will be greatly appreciated. The Calendar shows scheduled flights and as mentioned, it is great to be able to move them as we reschedule, but once the flight has taken place, the flight record has to be "locked" to the specific day that it took place (ie disable the drag and drop feature.) Full screen record editing
Hi All, When adding a record, the form loads full screen. Is there anyway of being able to edit records in full screen too rather than a window as shown below: The problem is that the edit window isn't wide enough to show the subform widths and the horizontal scroll bar is right at the bottom of the form. Spreadsheet style data entry form: is it possible?
I want to create a six-row, four-column matrix for data entry. I can do this a little clumsily using a subform. Has anybody managed it any other way?
OnLoad Set variable "Name" to correspond to Loginuser.ID?
Form A has a list of users with details such as Name , Phone number etc and includes the unique Loginuser.ID for each user record. Form B is related and on load sets variables to show the current date, user id an so forth. How can I set the Name variable on Form B to correspond to the particular loginuser. ID. ? In other words retrieve the real name of the submitter for Form B. I guess that it is a "Fetch records" problem but I cannot get it to work properly.

Bulk Edit Radio Button - Possible Bug?
Hi, I have a database which contains a form with a mandatory radio button field of Gender. Having imported the records, I have discovered that I need to change the M and F values in the import to Male and Female in order to select the correct radio button. populating a field in a parent form based on a field in a subform
I have a parent form with a subform, and I know how to have fields on the subform populate based on the parent form. But is the reverse possible? That is, can a field on the subform be used to update a field on the parent form, upon either user entry or submission of the subform? If so, how would I script this?

Can't delete a record
Suddenly, I find I cannot delete records on Creator. I have exited Creator, reloaded and same problem. I have rebooted computer - same problem. When I click on delete and that I am sure, it comes back saying record was deleted successfully, but it is still there. I have discovered this sometimes works and sometimes does not. I made a quick record, and was then able to delete. But the two in particular, still report as successfully deleted but never disappear from the database.
Recognizing fields
I'm noticing that when I make a change, add or delete a field in a form, if I go to workflow, the fields are not available for use. If I switch to free-flow scripting I can type it in myself and it works fine. Also in the new app builder, the ability to select fields or user variables in the dropdown does not always work. Third is an issue with the image field. If i go into Column Properties and change the image size from Actual to a anything else, when my app is downloaded, it changes back

Protected lookup
I have a one-to-many lookup where I want to assign a customer a batch of keys, but once assigned those keys are not available for any other customer to select. When I set this up it looks like a new customer entry can select another customer's key and take it from them, which will not work for my application. They need to be permanent one-time assignment, preferably non visible in drop down list for subsequent customer assignments. Form 1 Customer Form 2 Keys Thanks for your help.
Deleting subform data
Hi All, I'm looking for some advice please ... I have a master form with several subforms. Depending on choices made from dropdown lists, these subforms are hidden or shown. If a user enters some data into a subform, then changes their mind and selects another option from the master form; how can I clear any entries they've made in a subform from the master form so they don't get persisted? Lookup drop down too large
Hi I have a Company table and a Contact table. I have used a lookup field in the Contact table to link to Company. However since there will be 250 Company records, this will result in a drop down which will be unworkable. Is there another way or do I need to use Deluge and develop a script to work with record IDs? Thanks. Dave
How to tell if email sent using sendmail is returned?
I have a function that sends an email to several people at once. If there is a bad email address in the list, how can I tell which one is bad (returned). I tested by including a bad email address in the list and I did not receive and error message or a returned email notification. Any advice is appreciated.
Filter dropdown from another dropdown on a form in on Load
I have two drop downs on a form. The second is filtered by information from the first drop down. It works perfectly however if I prefill the first drop down in the On Add On Load section the second drop down is always blank. How do I trigger the second drop down that there is a value in the first drop down.
Problems with Script Builder and HTML Pages
I am having a LOT of problems trying to create an HTML Page. If I use Script Builder, it works fine to embed a Form, but if I try to use "Insert HTML" the whole screen goes grey and freezes as soon as I drag the "Insert HTML" icon onto the script area. Hi, I have a Product Serial number field and a Product Batch number field in my form. Batch Number is the first five digits of the Product Serial No. User should either enter the Product Serial No. and Batch Number should automatically be populated in the Product Batch Number field or if the user does not have the Product Serial No., he should be able to enter the Batch No. directly in the Batch No. field.
