Print a dashboard
I have a dashboard, based on HTML view, that contains a pivot table and two pivot charts. I am able to print each table/chart independently, but I would like to print to a pdf the entire dashboard. How can I set it up to do so? Thanks, Antoine
Datetime keyboard on a mobile
Hi, I am creating an app for scheduling orders, ideally on a mobile device. I have got a "work completed" input which uses the date-time field. However, I have noticed that this is actually classed as a HTML text input field, which means it doesn't bring up the datetime keyboard on an iPhone or Android device etc. Is there anyway to change this as it is very hard to use the JavaScript calendar on a mobile? Usage Limit
Hello Zoho! Is the usage limit https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/script/usage-limits.html applicable to all plans? We are going to use Creator-CRM integration but this usage limit makes me doubt. We are going to submit massive amount of forms per day so i think this could be some kind of limitation on our part. Please help me and explain these things. Also, what plan do i need to purchase to achieve the max usage anyway?
How to show only Facebook Federated Login
Hi, i would like tobe able to show only the Facebook federated login, on the login to my application. Is this possible? (ie, i can see that Turning Federated logins on in Zoho, will display, Google apps, facebook, yahoo etc). i would like to limit this only to Facebook.) Secondly, once the user has logged in via facebook, where can I get the user information like Name, Email, Phone etc, given by the Facebook api ?

I want help cleaning up a report I generate nightly. In order to keep it simple I will give a made up example and then apply any direction I get to the actual problem. Example: I have a form that tracks how many pounds of apples and how many pounds of oranges I buy for the day at my 3 different locations. I am building an app and i have difficulty to create a custom html view for my forms. I am having a customer form that you can enter a customer and 5 categories ( different forms ) that you can input some data and use a customer from the customer form. Error when importing Access databases "External component has thrown an exception"
Hi, I am trying to import an Access database to zoho creator. I downloaded the migration tool, opened it, and tried to import my database, but after selecting the file on my computer I get an error message "External component has thrown an exception" Anyone know what this means? Thanks
Uploading using the migration tool does not work when the Address field is unique
I have a spreadsheet that I would like to upload to Zoho Creator to update records when the address field matches. I tried using the migration tool many times, but continue to get errors. For some reason, the decision box fields are not updating This problem was first reported to Zoho Creator support over a month ago, on May 8th. PDF export font problem
Greetings all, When i export to PDF Greek letters are not showing at all at PDF file. When i export to all other types ( speadsheet or html for example ) it's exporting normally. I guess it's a font problem with unicode characters. Any help appreciated. Dimitris

Column width in reports
I'm tring to run reports that export to a pdf document but for some reason i can not get the column width to change. One of my columns is a text field where as the rest are only small pieces of text so i want the text box to take up the majority of the page. hide/show not working on Edit
In one of my forms (Inventario) I have been using the script hide/show to hide or show fields based on the condition of other fields. They work as they should on a new form input but when I go to edit a record the form doesn't hide the fields, it just shows everything. Am I using the script correctly or am I missing something? I was checking my account tab in ZC today and noticed this: Does anyone know where this new beta feature presents itself? I would guess its available when selecting View Record from a View that has a Custom template assigned to it in the 'Record Summary' section within the View/Report settings page? When I try to use this function though any PDF I export is corrupted and will not open in Adobe Reader. Print option seems to confirm my thinking though as it prints the data as set out in the custom

What is the proper code indentation convention in HTML pages?
I'm finding it confusing to read code with both <% type tags with zoho script code. For instance how would you tag and indent a block of code for each, which fills in cells of a table? What if you have nested loops? <% for each i in IForm { %> <%for each j in JForm { %> <%=j.data %><% }}%>So maybe its not so so confusing with this simple dummy text, but then the editor automatically does some corrections of its own and spaces things like crazy, so what rule is it following?

Hi- I am looking to restrict the number of entries in a lookup field in my form and need to specify the deluge criteria. I'm stuck! I currently have two fields I want to restrict with the return of records: "status" field and "discharge_date" field. I want the criteria to return only records that are either "active" status or have a discharge date within seven days of the current date. Can someone help me with the correct criteria to use? Hello! We want to use Creator to capture registrations and bill for that registration(s). I have a primary form where the parent or guardian enters their information AND they are able to submit a donation of any amount if they choose. That Creator passes to PayPal. Hi I've checked all sub-forms but I couldn't find an answer. My form X can draw a "single line" info from Table 1. My form can not draw a "subform" info from Table 1 (or any table). Does that mean that only single lines but NOT sub forms can be accessed via look up? Thanks Ben
How to restrict users to access a record in the table
I am making family/individual management application. I want all users to login to add/edit their family/individual records, but they should not see others' information. Adminstrator group, on the other hand, should have a full access to those people's information. I am new to Zoho creator. Is it technically possible to do with Zoho Creator?
form layout in html view
Is there anyway to drastically change the layout of a form in an HTML view? I'd love to be able to use my own styling and put the fields where i want them to go - I have a rather lengthy list of data, and I would much rather be able to arrange it as I see fit across the page, instead of a long list down the page.
