Great Zoho apps like CRM and Desk have very limited form builders when it comes to form and field rules, design, integration and deployment options. Many of my clients who use Zoho CRM Plus often hit limitations with the built in forms in CRM or Desk and are then disappointed to hear that they have to additionally pay for Zoho Forms to get all these great forms functionalities. Hi there - I understand that it is not possible to report on the modification of a specific CRM field. Ideally, we need to report back to a client when a field has been completed or changed (collection or modification of email addresses). My workaround so far has been to add a date field - you add an email address and then you time stamp this addition using an added date field.
