deleting users
How do I delete a user? I navigate to Setup->Admin Settings->Users, but I don't see a button to delete a user, only reset their password. thanks, Nate Nate Aune
Event changing
After the update on the calendar view, I cannot click on the event listed on the 31 day view to make changes. Right now it looks like we have to go to 1 day view to make changes. Are you going to allow us to click on an event to change from the 31 day view? Jerrid Bruyer

Dear Rishi, I have used your ZOHO Platform for one week now and i must say: it is great ! So far i am only missing a few things: - an alert of upcoming birthdays would be great - I have added a field called 'Company Name' in the contact fields. It is missing by default. would be nice if it was default, would make reports easier. - I have added two more Contact fields: 'likes' & 'dislikes'. Maybe one day i would like to invent everyone who likes Golf to a Golf tournament. So that gives me the possiblity
Upgrade Idea
After you schedule an event, it would be nice to be able to click a link that would create an outlook calendar item. I've seen this at evite.com before. This way, I don't have to create another event in my outlook calendar in order to get the reminder. I'm on a very restricted system and won't be able to install an outlook connector when you have one. Jake Posey

Hello I have a few issues w/my current solution. 1) edit buttons and others aren't working so well. For example, on the case page, says there are javascript erros at the bottom Also, when the toolbar logs in for Windows 2003, error message appear and ask if I want to debug Outlook. Task and cases allocation

I would like to request some compatibility between your system and the new (FREE) Office Accounting 2007. For example, I love having my CRM online so I can access it anytime from anywhere, but could you make some sort of plugin so that it will sync with MOA'07 as far as invoicing and payments go? it's too time consuming in zohocrm to enter a note. eg., "I called John and left a msg with secretary." ok

Can someone tell me why in the FREE personal edition I am not seeing a button to click on that says NOTES when I view each lead detail? Obviously I would like to add notes when I call a potential client and this is making it a bit hard to do when I can't even find it. My friend has the paid edition and hers shows it but mine does not? So where could it be hidiing??? :?

modified time is out of sync with local time

Web-to-Lead problems?
I have 3 different web-to-lead forms. Some of their fields are the same, and other are specific for each form. I found out that some custom field data was missing, after submitting the form. The reason is this: In the "Generating HTML for Web-to-Notas" I did select different fields for each form. And the custom fields that were not selected were not saved. So this is the tip: it is required to have checked all the fields in use in several web-to-lead forms in the "Generating HTML for Web-to-Notas"

I have changed the html code <input type='text' name='i-tiene-tienda' /> for this <input type='checkbox' name='i-tiene-tienda' /> This field is always stored with a 0 value.
End DateTime
End DateTime is not a field we need, nor require, and created more work to create events. Would it be possible to have a drop down list for times rather then manual inputting them? Paul Bugbee

Change it back! I like that I can make appointments extend to other days but the color codes bleed into days that the appointments are not extended into. Bret Carpenter

Hi, I created two ZohoCRM accounts, one for henk@skyrove.com and one for allister@skyrove.com. I tried to then add allister@skyrove.com to the henk@skyrove.com under the Company Name, Skyrove, but received an error that the user 'allister@skyrove.com' already exists. TextArea customm field
I have a Text Area type custom-field. Next I want to add it to the Web-to-Lead form. But it does not show in the available field list. I guess text-area fields do not work in the web-to-lead process. Or am I doing something wrong???

spacing and font size
Hey there at ZOHO international. Nice service. Ummm...just a question, I was wondering how to get the document to be double space. I click on it and nothing or it goes back to single. Same for font. I click 12 point and it reverts to 10. I'm trying to do APA on it and am having trouble. But hey...it's free, i'm not really complaining. mike tayse

Potential Closing Report Bug
