Web Lead Form not using correct dates
Hi, I have a form on my site which creates a lead on my CRM system: http://www.thesafaricollection.com/contact/ All works fine, except the 'Travel dates to.' field randomly inserts an incorrect date. The 'from date' seems to work fine, so I know it's working - I am using mm/dd/yyyy. Any ideas? thanks Matt. (Developer)

I have a Standard Account, but in the overview (compare plans) I cannot find in which plan Email integration is available. Note that I am only 1 user, I read some posts that this is only possible in Enterprise, with a minimum of 2 accounts?

I've created a merged Word doc to print a Work Order for my tech dept. Every field merges except the "Contact Note" field. I've physically copied the notes from ACT! v11 and pasted them into Zoho's Contact Note field. Can the Contact Note field be merged into a Word doc?

ZOHO CRM lacks basic CRM function...unbelievable...
ZOHO CRM is crap...here is why...#1. in/out emails are not saved to a contacts record...basic CRM101 - heck one of the top 5 reasons to have a CRM. #2. zoho.com email is snagged by most spam filters so only a small percentage of your emails will get through...it's a huge pita...most CRM's let you use your mail server...ZOHO grabs it and sends it through the zoho mail server which in the past allowed spaming so it got blacklisted so that means your emails will not go through... - basic 101 CRM features
Notification of record owner when notes are added
Hi, Is there some way to notify the record owner of lets a potential or contact when notes are made by other users? Lets say Contact A is owned by Staff B. Contact A then calls the company and staff C picks up the phone. Staff C answeres the questions that Contact A and add a note in the CRM regarding the phone call. Since the potential is owned by Staff B this person should know about the conversation in order to keep in the loop and do the needed follow up. Is there are way - other than manually
Issuing alerts associated with Notes
Is there any way to create a workflow rule that issues an alert when a Note associated with a Potential, Account or Lead is created or modified? From what I can see, Notes are the primary document used to for Client Visit reports but I can't figure out how to disseminate that information through the sales organization. So far I have only been able to generate alerts associated with changes to the core data for the Potential, Account or Lead. Any suggestions would be most welcome.

I just wanted to express that I think it would make more sense to have the A through Z links available at the TOP of the page instead of the BOTTOM. When I select "Accounts" being able to quickly select the letter would be more ergonomic than always being required to scoll to the bottom to make the selection, particularly on a laptop with reduced vertical screen area. Delay in Receiving Emails
Hi there We have a form on our website When this form submitted the emails are not arriving to my inbox for quite sometime, over 24hours in some cases. We have tested to a Non Zoho account and the email arrived within seconds of submitting the form. Leads/Contacts are being generated in the CRM, just not email to notify us of these new leads. Could you please help us figure out why this is happening?
Activity Report with Notes
I'd like to get a daily/weekly that shows activities accomplished and the notes. this will allow me to track sales calls and their results for employees. Presently, I can't figure how to tell if anything was done, even if notes were taken. Ideas? Thanks, Jamie

Hi, I am trying to import only Potentials information at this stage (using a csv file) into CRM. I want to use only the Potentials section of the CRM. When I import, I want to add contact details (name, email) from within Potentials. (Need to add this info, since I wish to send bulk emails to them). Workflow not working please help
Please help me - I have a workflow that I use to update a field account type to Deal when an opportunity is created. Hello I created some custom fields (type: single line) in the Lead module in order to have them even in the Account and Contacts module after convertion. If I need to modify the content of those fields and would be good that the changes in one "field", say in the Account module, can be automatically updated in the connected field in the Contacts module (there can be 1 account and more contacts). Hello. Is it possible to export/create a report based on a Leads/Contacts View? What I'm trying to do is use search on the column headers on a leads/contacts view to filter through my options and see results. Importing Attachments
I am not able to migrate attachments to existing leads. I've imported a batch of test leads and am trying to migrate attachments to those leads. I exported a lead report and am using the Lead ID as the Parent ID but I am getting an error message and all attachments were skipped. This is the message: "Could not find a matching parent record for this look up field - Parent ID"

Hello: I am new to Zoho CRM and entered in my leads without an issue, however when I wanted to enter in my current customers, I noticed that I could not enter the same "basic" information as I did as the leads. Any ideas on how I can include rating, lead source, lead status, email, and first and last name of the contact at the company. Thanks, Mike

Is it possible to expand the notes section on a customer record so you can see more information? It is limited to one column and it would be great if this can expand across the page? See screenshot to see what I mean :)

Hello: Being new to the CRM world, I wanted to see how the email function works. I created a new lead, added my own information in, and sent a test email inside Zoho CRM. The email was received perfectly, so I replied to the email. My issue is, I never received in the CRM. How can I receive the replies inside the CRM? Thanks, Mike
