Can you use the client ID No. as the search item in contacts. It doesn't seem to be able to search using that. Any one know how to?

Mandatory Column cannot be removed

There are a lot of new CRM solutions on the market that are much more advanced in handling the opportunity processing, using a template of tasks to support the sales process , lead nurturing techniques, the switch to Kanban view etc., drag the opportunity from one stage to the next stage. Zoho Email integration with Zoho CRM
Hello, Today I upgraded from the free Zoho CRM to the paid subscription to take advantage of the e-mail integration with Zoho e-mail. I've watched some YouTube videos on how to do this but the tabs/commands they reference don't seem to match up with tabs/commands I have. Two questions: 1. I'm still using the free Zoho e-mail. Our entire business is local. We NEVER need to book a hotel. But, we do need to make dining reservations. Why not make the "book hotel" and option to be turned on and off, and ADD "Book OpenTable" as another business meeting service.
Importing Tasks from another CRM.
Hi! I am using the import wizard to import tasks from a different CRM using a .CSV file. In the test import I am running, the contact name is not being passed. Also, the Task Owner ID is not working properly because it is assigning all of the tasks to my user instead of the zoho user that I am mapping. Automatically Update Field in All Contacts with Same Account Name

Zoho CRM Note Tagging Notifications are not Properly Notifying the Tagged User via Email
Since mid/late last week, all of our notes that have a tagged user are not properly notifying that user via their email address. These notifications are showing up in our feeds, but not being pushed to the proper user's email. Is anyone else having this issue or is it isolated to my account alone? In regards to our workflow, this almost puts us at a complete standstill. Importing leads - limit?
I am attempting a very small number of leads (less than 50) and I am continually getting a message "SORRY YOU CANNOT CREATE MORE THAN 100000 RECORDS IN THE STANDARD EDITION". I am not trying to create more than 100,000 records...I'm trying to create 50. We have setup a ZOHO CRM system for 2 users with outlook 365 integration thought the plugin. All works fine only i have one question. On the page of a lead you have the email section. Here you have following option : 1)sent Emails from CRM 2)All 3)IMAP SHARED USERS. ( and both users are shown ) How come i cannot see ALL email ( sent from within ZOHO + sent from OUTLOOK ) when i select ALL ? Thanks in advance Andrew

GETTING SENT EMAIL FROM CRM IN TO OUTLOOK
CONFIGURATION : ZOHO 2 USERS , OFFICE 365 EXCHNAGE SERVER , OUTLOOK 2016 DESKTOP , ZOHO OUTLOOK ADD IN . When we send email from outlook it nicely shows up in our ZOHO system under emails. When we send email from ZOHO it doesnt show up in our OUTLOOK sent mail . What could be wrong ? Andrew
Line Items in HTML Email Template Not Displaying.
When we send our customers a copy of the sales order, the line items are not showing up in the HTML template. However, they ARE showing up in the PDF that is attached. I've tried searching but have been unable to find anything to fix this, any insight?
Manual conversion of lead to contact and multiple email addresses
When someone emails with a different email address than what is listed in their contact, it is logged as a lead. It's very difficult to match it up and merge it with an existing contact. There needs to be a manual process to tell it which one to merge it with. Also need to be able to have multiple active email addresses for a contact by which emails can be associated automatically. Many people have a business and personal email address. Some have 3 or 4.
Is there a way to attach a contact to a specific opportunity?
When I add a contact, I want to be able to associate that contact to a specific task or opportunity that I'm working on as opposed to having a long list of contacts with no associations. Help!
Country list instead of txt field
Hello, ZOHO gave free text field to enter country names, this creates huge issue due to different people write country in different ways. While ZOHO is giving list of countries in pre-defined list as a custom field, but there is NO way I can see where a workflow can set the default country txt field value based on the country name in selection. How to integrate signable as an automate button in Zoho CRM
This is what I would like to do. I have an account with signable.co.uk I would like to be able implement some kind of button into crm where I should be able to click that button for mail merge with signable sign box option and when customer signs it the documents then will be saved as pdf in the contacts/accounts attachement and also will be automatically added to Zoho docs. CRM Activities Time Zone Issue
I schedule meetings across the US, is there a way to select the time zone of where a meeting will be held? For example, I am located in CST and need to schedule a meeting that is 8:30-11:30 PST. I invite the participant but it shows as 6:30-9:30 on the receivers calendar. How do I correct this, it's very confusing to our customers.
