Deleted Users Still Show when I go to sign On
Why must I scroll thru a pick list of all who have been deleted or type email address in because it is hidden somewhere in the long list o deleted users? Same thing goes for other fields. I once had a word on a pick list - later deleted it but when you are in the edit application the picklist is full of the stuff I deleted.
Adding user to Zoho CRM with no edit ability
Hello All, I want to add a user to my company's ZOHO crm but I only want this person to have the ability to view the content. I don't want them to be able to add, delete or edit anything in anyway. Is that doable? Thank you, Jack

Hi, I created some custom modules on the trial version and when I upgraded I thought the standard edition will included this feature. workflow criteria for quotes with product category

Question re Workflow Rules in Calls
I saw this post for years back Now, Create Workflow Rules for Calls, Tasks & Events too! and I would like to ask about creating the workflow based on Call Result. It is stated in the post that the rule gets executed when the Call Result is "Interested." When I looked at the Calls Module, I saw that Call Result is not a Pick List but a single line field. Does this mean that the person still has to type the exact word (with correct capitalization) for the work flow to execute?

Hi, I have a issue that when I try to save customized modules, it does not save. I can save the default modules without any problem, like contact or deals, but the ones that I created, when I push the save button, it says loading, but it doesn't actually save. Do you have any idea why?
How to get emails fed to Zoho for a Mac?
Help please... I know you currently dont have an Outlook plug in for a Mac however is there a way like with our CRMs that I can send emails via Outlook and blind copy in a specific email address that talks to Zoho? CRM View for Activities - Drop Down no longer working
Hello. I am trying to create a call list using the crm view for activities. Initially, I discovered that it was possible to just click on status or priority and a drop down list appears allowing for quick updating which I think is great when going through a list doing calls. And so I changed some of the values in the Status field picklist to reflect what we wanted but after saving, it appears that the drop down list has disappeared. Hi I need to see CRM events in my Google calendar (by synching not by exporting). I'm trying the standard edition but can't find how to do that. Potential Stages and Probability Percentage
I have created custom stages with default probability percentages. Every time I change a potential stage it shows that the default probability percentage, but when I save it the percentage automatically changes to 0!!!! Help!
Showing Discount on Quotations as a %
Is there ANY flexibility whatsoever in the Product Details tab for raising quotations? When creating a quotation, I need to demonstrate the following to my customers : Product Name - List Unit Price - Discount % - Discounted Unit Price - Total My customers need to see the deduction on the unit cost, not on the total, they also want to see it as a percentage and not as a currency value.
Is there a way to Dedupe Leads and Contacts together?
I have a lead database that also has duplicates of about 5,000 of my contact records. I'm challenged that the built-in dedupe functionality will only work within EITHER Leads or Contacts but will not dedupe across the two types of records. Can anyone suggest a workaround for this, other than merging all my leads in the contacts? Thank you for any suggestions.
No access to Quotes and Invoice modules!!!
Hello, I have a Professional Plan subscription to Zoho CRM but I can not have access to Quotes and Invoice modules. I was on a CRM Plus Plan but downgraded it last Saturday. Report Scheduler Times
The options to repeat the scheduling of reports show only weekly, monthly or yearly options. It would be helpful to also have more extensive options (as with the report creation itself). I would like to see Quarterly and Half Yearly as a minimum addition to the list.

Sales team each seeing the others accounts and leads etc
At the moment my team members can't see each others leads, accounts etc. I am using an administrator profile and the team are on standard. I can't see the difference which means I can see there accounts?! Can someone advise?

Cannot delete Activities, Events and Tasks
Hello, I'm the super admin of our Zoho CRM and I cannot delete entities on the Activities module. The option to delete is disabled. The other two users of the CRM are able to delete entities on that module without a problem.
Email notifications showing up days late
When changing the lead owner, I always click the "Send notification email to selected owner" box. I have had multiple calls from sales people regarding notification emails that either showed up days late or did not show up at all. Please look into this. Most of my sales force is independent and is not actively looking for new leads on a daily basis. This is causing a delay in response time.
Edit a Closed Activity
I use the "Add a New Call" button and type in a subject, time, etc. After saving, I see a mistake so I hit the "Edit" link beside it. I can type in the correction but when I click on "Save" nothing happens???

Display week calendar as a Dashboard component
As a manager of a number of sales execs, I would like to be able to add a current week calendar for each sales exec to my dashboard. I can currently go into the Calendar and view them individually but would benefit greatly by having a calendar for each salesperson as a component on the dashboard. Can this been done?
Can't get Outgoing mail to work

Account Name Field Changed after editing record
I edited an Account to include the address. After saving, the Account Name, which was a previously a string name, was changed to a series of numbers that looks like a guid, but is not the guid for the specified Account. Can you please explain why this is happening? I noticed that this has happened to a few Accounts in the database.

We are using Zoho CRM and we are automatically sending Reports everyday via E-Mail to keep on track regarding lead generation etc. In order to find out what percentage of the original leads became customers and distinguish by their lead source, we would need one report where all former leads/accounts/potentials are in.
