I am new to this looking for a bit of guidance
How can I produce a list of contacts to email where the account meets a certain criteria. I have a set of account that belong to a group and this is indicated on the account record, I want to email contacts at these companies therefore the criteria for the search is the account record not the contact. I can email contacts from potentials but cannot see how to do this. Thank you in advance
Can't setup Private in Data Sharing Settings
Hi, I'm create Profile "Sales" and set "Private" in Data Sharing Settings. We have 4 user in "Sales" and it's working and User (Sales) can't share data (another owner). But today, User can see all data of another owner. They can see all and can edit Data Sharing Settings (same Administrator). This is Big Problem.
Permission Bug in Products
There is a permission bug in Products, may be its there in other modules but I found it in products only. The user who do not have permission to change the record owner... Can NOT change the product owner when the record is open BUT Can change the product owner from the product list, select the product >> more actions >> change owner (done) -- Seriously what is this?
Eliminating Duplicates
I see that it is possible to eliminate duplicates from certain views, such as leads. I cannot find a way to easily eliminate a duplicate account or contact. Is there a way to do this? Bob Leeds

Delete a Zoho CRM instance
I created 2 Zoho CRM instances to evaluate Zoho CRM. I would like to delete one of the instances which was created by ariel@brillix.co.il. Product Sell-in Dates
A feature that would assist our company is one that would track the date a product was added to an account. If in the Product view within the Account record we could see when that product was added to that account, that could help us track commissions and effectiveness of promotions, etc.
How to build a "Lead time to contact" report ?
We have leads coming from web forms and until someone take that lead into account and changes the status, it can take hours or even days. I would like to study in a graph the split per time period needed to answer. For example this would be: - answered in a day or less: 123 leads - answered in 1 day: 85 - 3 days: 52 - .... I'm trying to activate a BCC dropbox but cannot find this information anywhere in my account. I found the following instructions on how to set it up: Click Setup > Users & Permissions > Profiles. Email integration
Hi there - I am new to Zoho CRM (loving it so far!) but am wondering how you can set-up email such that when, for example, you click on a contact's email address, it will open your chosen email program (e.g., MS Outlook) to initiate communication. Under personal settings, I see you have the option to establish a Zoho mail account but not sure this is what I need to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated - thanks!

How can you see the emails sent using macro
Hi.. I sent an email blast and wanted to see if those emails were sent and to all the selected contacts. I run the macro, used a template etc. but I can't find anything like a proof that they were sent to everyone. Thanks.
Changing main email address
I am new to Zoho and learning rapidly, however, is it possible to either link free zoho to my outlook, or change the email address to a different one. When I first started using Zoho, I was not employed and was testing it, now I have a job and using this for work, and would like to send emails directly without my personal address being used. Since switching to zoho this year our entire company is so disappointed in the calendar aspect of it. We don't know what to do. My phone number fields are not consistent
Zoho migrated about 360,000 accounts/contacts for me that came from Salesforce. Now I am trying to "over ride" the Zoho records to add a new custom field. My only method to find duplicates is on phone number (don't have emails and too many accounts have same name). Since some of my phone numbers in Zoho are formatted as a phone number, others as a number (Zoho said this is how it should be done), and some are formatted with hyphens. In the new user interface of Zoho CRM, the "quick actions" area on the right pane is very helpful, when scrolling down a large record. However, you are missing the most obvious and useful button: "Edit"

Sales Rep Checklist - How Many Meetings Per Day, & Spend.
Hi, apologies if this seems basic, am new to Zoho. I am wanting to be able to check how many meetings per day my reps do and how much their average order is. EG, they have KPI's of: 3 meetings per day. 15 meetings per week. following up all new leads entered by the office within 24 hours. Average order per meeting of over $500. Weekly Revenue of $7500. Is it possible to either set a check list, or have a report that shows these things so i can review every friday with each rep?

Find contacts near somewhere
Ladies and Gentlemen, since we are talking about a CRM program, it is used for sales management. Therefore a support for sales trip planning seems logical. When we signed up the program I did not realize this is not possible on Zoho. "Find contacts near me" is not a function usable for planning. I need a function of "find contacts near where I will go" or anywhere else. Is this somehow possible? It would be a dream to see all contacts on a map, but this seems to be still far away, right? Deleting duplicate Leads

The “add a contact” form is not loading. I’ve tried both Chrome and Firefox browsers. I’ve shut down and restarted the browsers. I’ve restarted my computer as well. The “contacts” tab works. I see my list of contacts. But, “Add a Contact” does not load the form.
New Contacts Not Loading
Tried several times to add a new contact, used both new contact buttons but it just says "loading..." but never loads. I have rebooted the computer, the other modules come up just fine, campaigns, new accounts etc... Not sure what to do? Chris
Sorting Lead list manually
I have a long list of leads, and would love to be able to display the hottest ones at the top of my list. Is there a way to manually sort the list? If not, any suggested work arounds (ie is there a way to mark a lead as a favorite and then just display those and/or sort on that?) Thanks David
Zoho CRM freezing when trying to add a new Contact
We are experiencing difficulty when trying to add a new Contact. We are finding that the page will not load but just had the "Loading" message for some minutes and does not ever open. It is only a recent problem. Anybody out there got the same issue or knows a fix?
