How are "bar view" colors chosen for CRM Calendar events
I like to view my CRM Calendar in "bar view" but there is no rhyme or reason for the color's chosen by default. Is there a way to choose a color for events. With random colors chosen I cannot make sense of my calendar as the appointments stack up Thanks

Hi, I want to know exactly how to pass ID of a record into Webhook from Zoho CRM, and I see that there are two options to pass parameters, 1- Append Entity Parameters 2- Append Custom Parameters. Integrating Zoho Mail in to Zoho CRM
I am trying to figure out how to see my emails sent/received from Zoho Mail in the Zoho CRM with leads/contacts/accounts. I understand it is not possible to link contacts, but I should be able to see emails sent and received. How can customers update their own profile? want to run automation marketing campaigns.
Once a year I would like to send an email to my existing customers and ask them to update their own profile, within a form. Therefore I would need an individual link that with direct connection to the database record. This feature is very powerful, because you can use it to enhance dataquality and even gather more data with surveys or subscribtionforms. Does ZOHO provide that opportunity? Is there a workaround? CRM Export/Report
Hello there! I stumbled upon a little problem while trying to create some sort of report in Zoho CRM. I just wanted to create a csv-like file with specific fields. First I tried to accomplish the export with the help of the export functionality under setup/Data Administration but that allows only the export of single modules where I would have to combine them myself. The tab "Report" is usually enough but in this case it allows only 3 additional modules to create a report which is not quite enough.
Custom view criteria for Task Status show "No results match"

Is it possible to schedule autoresponder emails more than 45 days out?
I'm looking at implementing some drip-feed marketing processes. I can setup the dynamic autoresponder with initial email and multiple follow up emails. My problem... it seems you can only schedule an email to be sent up to 45 days out. Does anybody have a way around this or a better implementation with custom functions? much appreciated

Currently all my contacts are imported under a single ownership. If I want to make my contacts and accounts data visible to all people under my companies subscription, how can i do that?
Show all contacts attachments on the account level
Just wanted to ask, wouldn't it be nice if we could see all file attachments for all contacts associated with an Account on the Account page? Right now if a user attaches a document to a contact it is only available on the contact page, If an account has 5+ contacts it can be frustrating to try and locate where the file was attached. I think it would be nice to be able to just go the the Account level and see all files attached to all the Account's Contacts. Thomas
cannot add new contact
Hi today when we add a new "company" and after we define a new "Contact" the system doesn't activate the form of the contact but remain in the status "loading" ... I attach a screen shoot. Pls can you help me ?
Creating a new contact "Loading"
I am not able to create new contacts. Once I click +Contact or + New Contact , "Loading" message appears at the top and nothing happens. I am using Safari and Chrome . Any ideas? Hello, Yesterday I went into my free Zoho account to add additional leads around 1,700 and when I clicked on the link to add leads the screen went blank and it just showed "loading" but the menu screen never came up? Using Firefox Today I tried, the same thing happened, so I tried Google Chrome and still the same problem. Is there any technical issues going on? I have read that under the "free" account you can have up to 5,000 leads. Please help, Al
How do I "organize contact details" for ALL my contacts
I have read various topics and I know how to do this with the "gear" for a given contact but i want to do it for all of them at once as there are fields we simply do not need and that I want hidden such as "Attachments" or "Invited Events". "Mass Email" from Leads reached recipients' SPAM folder
I'm new to zoho CRM. I specifically upgraded zoho CRM to access the mass email function. Unfortunately, when I saw zero replies, I asked one of my recipients to check their inbox. Our company has been using Zoho CRM for approximately 9 years. In that time, we've accumulated a lot of Email Template Folders. Can multiple vendors provide the same product to a client?
We are a training company so our "product" is the service (for example a workshop) provided by our trainers. The trainers are subcontractors so essentially they are the "vendors" moreso than employees. One client may order a day of workshops that 3 or 4 vendors will provide. Custom Fields Maximum Limit
Hi There, Recently CRM told me we'd reached our maximum limit of 20 integer fields in our account pages and wouldn't allow me to add any more. Since I have deleted numerous old integer fields that we do not need anymore but it is still saying we've reached our limit. In addition, when I try to edit an account or contact at the moment I am receiving the error message 'please select an active user'. why would this be? Could somebody offer any advice please? Backup in free version
Hi We are currently using the free version of zoho crm (we are/will be using paid versions of zoho expenses and zoho people) The comparison page for the versions says that the free versions doesn't have back ups, where as standard has 2 per month. What does a backup mean in this sense? Does this mean that the data in the free version of zoho crm may be lost and be non-recoverable given that is not explicitly backed up, or does this mean something else? Thanks Jonny
