TITLE field is suddenly blank for both Leads and Contacts
Hi for the past few days we cannot Edit/Add Title Field to new or existing Leads and Contacts. We first noticed with a new lead that one of our team members forgot to chose a Title for, and when trying to edit it, the Field options were blank instead of the usual list. Also at the Lead/Contact page, when you hover your mouse over each field you usually get and "edit" text next to each field and are able to edit each field individually... BUT for the title/name field there is no more "edit" text shown
View "My Contacts" not using built-in view
How can I create a view in Contacts that shows just my contacts (not those of sub-users). 1) I do not want to use the built-in "My Contacts" view, because I want further customize it. 2) I do not want to specify my own contact name in the "Contact Owner" field, because I want all my sub-users to utilized this veiw. When THEY select this view, I want THEIR contact to be displayed (not mine). thanjs.
Opportunity Date Format
How can I change the date format for Closing Date when creating an Opportunity to be format dd/mm/yyyy as opposed to mm/dd/yyyy
Notes Will Not Save
When entering notes within Leads or Contacts, the information will disappear, and not save. (See Image Below) A blank box appears when I click the save button. I've tried multiple browsers, clearing my cache, deleting my cookies, logging out and back in, and attempting under different users. This is frustrating. I have to double the amount of work I do since the notes will not save. Please advise.
Notes Will Not Save
I've tried multiple times to save notes within Leads and Contacts. After filling out the not and clicking Save the section goes blank (See the image below). Manually enter email into lead
I have the free version of Zoho CRM. There doesn't seem to be a way to manually log an email that was received. I'm not looking for integration of any kind (since that would require an upgrade), but while I can log a call or a task I can't seem to be able o log an email. Is this the way it is supposed to function? Seems like an oversight.
Changing a "Potential" field type in layouts without losing data?
Hello, I'm an going through my companies CRM and updating the layout of our potentials tab. In the past we used check boxes for certain fields. We are now looking to change these fields to pick lists as check boxes can not be made "required." Is there any way to do this without losing the data previously stored? Thanks in advance! Hi, there is an option when exporting the quote to select either save, or open with - i have a user who has selected the save function and opted for the 'do this for all future' check box and now want to switch back - i cant seem to find where this is set. can anyone point me in the right direction?

Importing Notes Issues
a) Import by Parententity Id of Notes either doesn't work properly. With a Zoho ID like zcrm_1891782000000144069 it just fails with no useful feedback. So I must do separate file imports for account notes, contact notes, opportunity notes and lead notes. These need to match by name and some people have the same name. b) I've specified the original user email that created the note but they all show as being created / modified by me.
Import Notes from CRM conversion process
I am trying to convert from ACT! to ZoHo, and have the data exported from ACT! into csv files - Contacts, Notes, History, etc. I have imported Contacts successfully into ZoHo, then exported them from ZoHo to get the ID. That ZoHoID then was "merged" with the Notes csv file and I then tried to import the Notes into ZoHo. No errors were reported on the import, but nothing is getting imported. Add a currency field to the products
We use Zoho enterprise. Our products have pricing per currency. We would like to see the currency field appear when adding a product. When a quote or invoice is then added (where a person is able to select a currency) the quote or invoice would then do the correct conversion instead of relying on just 1 base currency. This means we can add products per currency instead of a product across the entire group.

What goes into Lead Id (etc.) fields when migrating from another CRM?
Hi, I am attempting to start migrating my company's data from another CRM. First question: when testing Lead import, the UI is asking for "Lead Id". This is a required field. What is it supposed to be loaded with since I do not have any kind of internal or external identifier for this field? I would assume that other modules will have similarly named Id fields. custom module of type "person"
I have created a custom module that lists a special category of individuals. I want them to be recognised as "people" but the data that I need to gather on them is so different from normal contact/lead data that I created a different category - hence the custom module. Customising standard reports
there is a fantastic report called 'Converted Leads' - it measures the number of leads that have been converted to a company and contact from the 'Lead Created Time'. So I can look back at all leads that came in a particular month e.g. last September and see what percentage are converted to Companies and Contacts over time. Unfortunately it is a system report and the Help Desk says it can't be duplicated or edited. It would be great to add at least a Sales Amount column and add it up. Or even work
Cannot See All Fields for a Lead
I uploaded my list and all the fields are mapped. But I can't see all the information for each lead. For example, Title, State, Website etc. do not appear. Only Name Company, Email and Phone.

Open Activities and Closed Activities in the Accounts Module doesn't show the Contacts associated with Activities
When you are in the Accounts module and look at the Closed Activities and Open Activities, Zoho CRM doesn't show you which contacts are associated with the activity. In other words if you want to get a holistic view of the account and see which contact(s) in the account are called on or have activity history, you can only see the activity and not the contacts associated with that activity. Creating a new COntact for an account - should inherit the accounts address, and all other information.
WHen i add a new contact for a specific account it does not inherit the properties of the account. I have to manually input the address - the same address as the account. also, I have to manually update all the customer fields and phone numbers etc. When a new contact is added to the account the contact should inherit all the information from the account.
Uploading business card leads in Zoho CRM

Note indicator for activities
I'd like to see an indication that an activity (call, task, event) has a note associated with it. This could just be a check mark in a single width column. Maps - Mapping Accounts by region
Is there a way to see specific accounts on a map maybe catagorized by State? I handle the entire middle of the country and the only thing I could find is to map one account at a time or accounts that are close to me when using the app. I want to be able to put leads or accounts into a group and see them all on a map online.
