Putting contacts into groups
Looking to use Zoho for residential customers, not accounts, and need to put contacts into groups, firstly so I can focus on particular groups, and also email particular groups. Is this possible?

"Date Created" field is not available in "edit layout" page
We have lost the "date created" information on the case pages. I went to the modules, then layouts, then cases to edit the fields. "Date created" is no an option under "New Fields" or "Unused Fields". "Date Created" does show up in the "FIELDS" tab of the layout editor but not under the layout tab. Please help, knowing the date and time the case was created is important for us.

As Admin, why do I get "access denied" to reports? I check all permissions and I should have full access

How do I delete a user? We accidentally added me under the wrong email address and long story short I can not access the group CRM with that email address so I need to delete that user and add me as a new one under a new email address.

Quotes - calculated fireld labels
In the quotes module, during quote creation - a field {quotes.adjustment} is created - im trying to use this is a way of capturing shipping in the quote. i can change the physical label for this in the quote template for printing etc which shows it fine as Shipping, but cannot find where this label (not the field name itself) can be changed in the quote creation module as it still says 'Adjustment'. Any ideas where this can be accessed/changed?

I can not add more users because it will not let me put a role in the space required.

The HTML editor requires major surgery that underpins the customisation of invoices, sales order etc. The real solution is to take the basics and put it in a real editor and place it back. Anyway in trying to customise an invoice it only produces one product line rather than multiple product lines and the code is identical to another template that achieves this. very ordinary and very frustrating.
Visibility into hourly and daily limits
Zoho has limits on email alerts, workflow actions, custom functions and other actions but there is no way to see how many you have incurred for the day or hour. Please add the ability to see into my actions limits. It is very restricting to business to not have that information.

Archive contacts when account is archived
When a company goes out of business or gets acquired we mark it as inactive so that it will no longer appear in our lists. When I do this I'd like all the contacts associated with it to also be marked inactive (but I do not want the association to go the other way, i.e. marking a contact inactive should not make the account inactive). customer mailing list
I have created a list under "accounts" of active customers from a field that identify who is a customer so that I can send email to that list. However I need to create a list of the customer *contacts* so that I can send mass mailing to this group. Under "contact" I don't have the field that allows me to select who are the active customers, it is only under "accounts". How do I then create the "contacts" list of active customers? Zoho CRM Android App Error in Tasks
I created a filter that removes tasks that have a status of "Completed". It work perfectly in the desktop version, on the mobile version it shows the check box next to the task item completed check but it still shows up on the screen. It should be filtering out completed task according to the filter that i created. Please fix this error asap. thanks!

Hey there, Can someone tell me why there is no support portal for Zoho CRM users anymore? I know they have the live chat - bur frequently nobody answers, or they don't have the answer. During my trial phase i've set up two Zoho accounts. One via @networkpathway, my work email - used this one to test Mail only, which i'm not continueing to use One via @gmail, my personal email - this one contains all the CRM data I've used the CRM lots via the Gmail account and want to go to the paid version. No Opportunities within Leads?
Hi all, why is it not possible to add opportunities to leads? It seems only to be possible to have opportunities within contacts. Why? Quick capture of a contact's "contact" info
As an ACT user, I could pull up a contact, click my cursor into the contact's name field, then click CTL-C on my keyboard, the Windows shortcut for "Copy." This action copied the name, title, company, address line 1, address line 2, City, ST, Zip, Phone, Mobile, and email address to the Windows clipboard. All those fields at one time with just the one CTL-C click. I could paste this set of info into any document, for example an email to someone asking them to get in touch with my contact. Sooo easy!
Can automated update of a field trigger another rule?
..if the rules are for different modules? For example, when a task is completed the rule will tick a box in a potential card and it works. However, the other rule should be triggered by this update and send an email to the customer and it does not work. If I manually update the field, the rule is triggered but not if the other rule has updated the field. What am I missing here?

Import into Contacts from XLS
I have been trying to import into CONTACTS from an XLSX file. It keeps failing saying I have over 5000 rows!!!!!!! How do you indicate the number of rows to the Import engine? BTW I changed it to a CSV, and it said I had over 20,000 records. AND I tried to use the MIGRATE function, this "worked" but said I had Total records in file65469!. There was only ONE row with data. And it skipped that because I had the Account Name wrong.
