Converting Leads to Potentials - Don't want to Create an Account!
Hi We are using CRM to track leads. When the sale reaches the stage of meetings/pilot schemes etc we want to convert the lead to a potential. However we do not want it to create an account at the same time! The Account section of our CRM is linked to our support ticketing system so having accounts in there which are not confirmed clients will cause issues for support and reports. I found in the manual that you cannot create a lead with company details into a potential without creating an account.
User Images are not displaying throughout CRM
The user images the are set up in zoho under User & Permissions do not display throughout CRM. Why would user images not show up throughout CRM anymore? All I see is my image. They were all visible and now they aren't.
Exporting Data
Hi, I am on the free Zoho plan and have two different Zoho Accounts. The first Zoho account is old and set up by a colleague. We opened a new one because all the fields had been altered so it was easier to open a new one. The problem is, I have a lot of retailer lists on the old account that I want to transfer to the new one; e.g. contact names and contact details as well as the notes on each account. I have tried to export the data but it only gives me part of the detail of each account. How do
Dependency across modules
Is there a way that I can link pick lists to be the same in 3 modules? IE. Lead Source, Industry, etc. Or do I have to edit these pick list 3 times? Thanks
Problem with Lead Reporting
Hello all, I've a minor but important issue regarding Lead reports in Zoho CRM. We run regular monthly (and also intermittent weekly) reports on lead acquisition, it's recently become apparent that all of the reports we can draw up do not include leads that have since been converted. It is vital that we understand how many leads in total we are gaining as it goes to the functioning of our marketing and knowing now that the reports are not reporting fully has made us a little concerned. Undefined / Loading
When viewing some companys which our sales personnel have added using the app, at the bottom of the company page, it displays this error: Description Information Description: Hide details undefined Loading ... Go to top↑ Obviously this isn't any good. Any ideas?

Localisation, localisation, localisation!
I'm an IT consultant in the UK and as much as I'd like to recommend many Zoho products, I simply cannot and will not do so until you make localisation consistent across the board. Every time I start using a Zoho product, I have to go in and set my UK preferences, despite this being my account defaults. Scheduled reports didn't send?
We had a number of scheduled reports which were supposed to run this past Saturday morning, and while the e-mails went out, they didn't contain any report data. Can you please tell me what happened, and how we can make sure it doesn't happen again? Thank you.
ACCOUNTS IS NOT WORKING AS ALL OTHER MODULES WORK PERFECTLY
We have sent in a trouble ticket last weeks and need to get this rectified immediately. When setting up Lead fields we selected Accounts, Opportunities and Contacts and all data has transferred perfectly except for Accounts. It seems as if the Accounts tab is not receiving any data at all. It is selected in the Module field so we are not sure what is going on.
Tasks missing from summary page
Some of the tasks are missing from the summary page. Strangely, all the tasks that are missing from the summary page carry a '+Follow' link on the top right. Am I missing something?

Activities showing as 'Undefined'

When clicking on an Open Activity from the Potentials page, I get an error -- Cases is not available in your edition.
I'm not trying to create a support case. I'm only trying to create follow up tasks such as, Call John on Tuesday afternoon, and then mark those tasks as complete once they are completed. However, every time I click on an open task I am taken to a page saying that Cases are not available with my edition. Please help! Thanks

Add Custom "Notes" Field?
Hello, What we want to do is create a custom "notes" field to capture "Value Added Services" discussed with the account. While it sounds simple, we want to have the date automatically assigned along with the text that describes the value added discussion. Zoho has been having problems since yesterday. Yesterday it kept bringing me to a page saying it was repairing itself. Now it is not uploading all the information and not allowing me to do 'log a call' - it isn't even visible. I have logged in and out and it's not resolving. This needs resolving now...

Adding sales to an account
Hello, I used to used Zoho every day a few years ago, and now I'm returning to it I'm a bit rusty with my skills! I remember that I used to create an account for a customer, then when that customer bought something I would add a sales order to their account. I can't seem to find an option to add a sales order to an account. Is it because I currently have a free account? I can upgrade to a paid account if necessary. Thanks!

Account Page does not load properly
When I go into the main account page, the page stops after the notes. All of my contacts, tasks, quotes and invoices are not loading.

I am using Zoho CRM Enterprise with Imap.. I replied to a mail from Zoho CRM. I don't see the mail I sent in the list of emails. I don't know if it has been sent either, Also, since I am using Imap, I am also expecting my mail to be copied to the Sent folder on my Imap Server. But that is not happening either.
