Update Account Fields after creation
Is there a way to update fields via import in the Accounts module after the Accounts have been created? There are custom fields that were created after the initial creation of the accounts, and i would like to update the accounts (not overwrite or duplicate) Thanks.
Filenames of Exported Reports do not match Report Name
I have a request that would be very easy to implement and save me (and likely others) a lot of heartache. When I export a Custom Report to a file, excel for instance, the filename is a seemingly random numeric filename and doesn't resemble the name of my report at all. For instance, my custom report called "Test Report" would be exported as "1477983237822.xls" which means nothing to me. When exporting multiple reports, I cannot distinguish which is which without opening every file. Could you modify

Duplicate Leads from Web Forms - need resolution ASAP
Okay, if we have web forms that are generating leads into the CRM, I've noticed that it will create duplicates, even if the information entered (name, email address, phone, company, title, etc.) are all identical. I see on the web-to-lead form notification that "duplicate record" is false - although this is inaccurate. Need a resolution or recommendation please.
Allow system variables like zoho.currentdate to be used in a CRM custom formula field
Dear Zoho CRM Team and Users, I had to setup a custom field and a custom function to get close to what management requested. We have contracts with our clients from 1 - 12 months. So we have the following fields: Start Billing ( date field ) End Billing ( date field ) And the team requested the following field: Remaining Contract Days ( formula field ) However to pull this off I had to create a new custom field called Current Date ( date field ) So that I could use an equation in the formula field
New User Invitation
I set up 4 new users. I'm using Zoho with my google apps for business account and I am the administrator for both. I set up new users in google apps and then in Zoho. I logged into the new users email and accepted the invitation. 2 of them worked perfectly, the other two have been a nightmare! When I click on the link in the email it takes me to a screen with a blue box in the middle that says accept invite. The screen changes and then comes back to the same page and won't go any further. Trouble Adding a User
I am trying to add a user to ZohoCRM and have received the following error message... Sorry, the user can't be reinvited again, as he/she is already an user in a CrmPlus account. This particular user is a former employee so they once had a ZohoCRM account that was deleted when we Suspended their Google Apps account. Changing default email
I'm trying to change the default email provider that opens when you are in Zoho CRM, under a lead. We use fastmail, so I would like it to open up fastmail when you click the email address. Any ideas?

Hello I read that it is possible to fetch e-mails from an external mail account via POP but all the instructions I found do not correspond to what I see when I try to follow them. Is this function still available? If so, could you send me a link to the instructions? Thank you!
ZOHO CRM reports not working
When I click the reports tab all the reports show up. However, when I click on specific report, it just says "Loading" and it never loads. Please Advise. Thank you.
CRM Report Not Running / Cannot Customize Either!
A custom report that I run weekly (without problem) will not open this morning. Cannot edit or customize it. No error message -- it just flashes "Loading" for a fraction of a second, then nothing happens. I'm happy to rebuild the report if necessary. Is there any other fix?

Hi, How do I associate only specific emails with a potential? Right now it seems the way zoho crm works is once email is setup, if you kick on a potential, you will see every communication between the primary contact and you. What if that primary contact is involved with 3-4 projects. I really don't want to see every email correspondence? Cheers, Michael
CRM not stripping out CSS Styles!
Your CRM strips out CSS styles and you can add inline styles to each HTML element - BUT you cannot ad scalable responsive coding inline and in order for email templates to be mobile friendly, the CRM must have allow this tag! You need to fix this as other CRM like sales force allow this and you want Zoho to be on the cutting edge don't you?

I have started a trial of Zoho because of its alleged integration with Google Apps. So far not very encouraging. I have added Zoho from the Google marketplace and that brought me to the ZOHO UI. But there is nothing from Google apps showing there. No contacts or activities. I have had a look in the forum and tried what is suggested there. Associate a contact at Parent Account directly with a Member Account itself?
Is there any way to associate a contact at a parent account directly with a member account? This really comes into play when dealing with marketing agencies with several employees who handle several accounts. Use another e-mail as "send from" in leads template
I can only use my registered, personal e-mail as "send from" when sending e-mails to leads. I would need to use the company's "info@" as sender, but I cannot find out how to do this. Can anyone help point me in the right direction here?

I would like to use a date field in the calculation of a custom formula field. The field will be included in a in Zoho CRM module. The date field may sometimes be blank. Batch changing a value
is there a feature that will make me change a value that was entered. I want to remove the caracter # that was entered in a value of field in the task module. Ex. we have text field values that was entered as so. #Model;423423444 I wahnt to batch remove only the # and leave the rest of the field value intact.

Audit Log not exporting all dates
Hi, I have exported the audit log this morning (11 March) however it is only showing me entries up to the 8 March. The audit log in Zoho is showing entries right up to now so there seems to be a problem with the export. Is this is a bug? Many thanks, Suzanne

New Google Apps users cannot accept invitation and sign into Zoho CRM

Hi, I've created a custom object for creating project case studies. (this is linked to a Zoho Survey - but that's another story). When I create a new Case Study I have a look up field that populates the Name of the Project from the Opportunity object (creating the relationship). I have another look up field that allows me to select a contact name to associate with the Case Study. ZoHo Estimates
Out of no where in Zoho my newly created estimates are automatically being marked as Sent. I am creating a new opportunity and opening up the newly generated estimate to edit and finding that the estimate is already marked as 'Sent'. This is a problem as we invoice internally of all 'Accepted' estimates. Also, once something is marked as 'Accepted' in ZoHo Books we can not change the status backwards to either Draft or Sent. Ensuring that new lead "companies" are always also registered "accounts"

I've successfully created my first client account / company and my first lead within that company - however, the two do not seem to be automatically linked. How do I customise zoho to ensure that a new lead must always be associated with an existing account (i.e. that a sales rep should input account info before an associated lead for that account company can be created)?
