They keep telling me to downgrade but downgrading appears to be not working , and sends me to some webpage that doesn't have any functionality. Zoho CRM picklist changes not saved
In Zoho CRM, the changes I made to picklists for Industry were not there when I logged back. This has happened twice; the second time I was very careful to "save" on the changes, but they were gone the next morning when I logged in. Why? Is there a special setting/setup to allow changes to be made to picklists?

Hi! It seems that whenever ever leads are pushed into Zoho, leads in Zoho are being reverted back to when they came in. So, if it came in as an Unknown for the business name, but the sales person called and received the name and updated it, a short time later, they will go back to lead and it will have been reverted back to Unknown rather than staying as the updated business name they have put in. Data Migration Tool - format of Account ID when importing Potentials
Hello, Currently evaluating Zoho CRM and I'm testing out the Data Migration tool to import some historical Potentials. Unlike the import tool (which uses Account Name), the data migration tool maps to Potentials to Accounts using the Account ID. I've tried including the Account ID in my CSV file a few ways - "zcrm_185163200000XXXXXX" and "1851632000000XXXXX"... I've also tried using the Account Name. No matter how I try, the tool skips the records as it is unable to map the account ID in the CSV
CRM Scheduling tool for swervice based business
Currently I use Contacts in CRM to manually enter customer details (from email or phone inquiry/lead) and then create an event (job sheet) with job details and assign it to a tech. This event then appears on the calendar and techs access their daily jobs via mobile app. Is there a way to sync the contacts to events so that info like name, address, phone number are auto filled on the event form from the information I enter on the contact form? Currently I am filling in the same information manually
Accounts and Contacts related fields
When I create a "Contact" from within an Account record, why does the name, email and phone not automatically transfer over? Right now, when I create a Contact from within an Account, I have to open a 2nd tab on my browser and toggle back and forth to manually copy the contact info over. How do I get that info to auto-populate into a Contact from within an associated Account?
Zoho CRM can't send letters
In the Zoho standard Edition, you can't send a letter. That mail merge function was basic in ACT. But in Zoho, somehow they feel sending a letter for a salesperson is a premium feature. I cannot figure out what the issue is ... I paste the generated Zoho form code into my Joomla site. When I run the form from my site it is sending me to the designated landing page without a problem but it is not dumping the data from the form into the database.

New User Woes
Hello support: When a new user logged out and comes back is directed to Zoho website and can create account, potentials etc. However, they are not seen in my site at all. User shows that she is 'Unconfirmed' on my list but everytime I re-invite her, she goes direct to Zoho site. How can we re-direct her in my site instead of Zoho? How can we get her to be 'Confirmed' in my Users?

Google Apps not present in ZOHO CRM integration
I wanted to synchronize ZOHO CRM Events/Tasks or calendar with Google calendar. Google Apps is not present in the ZOHO CRM integration screen I am currently on a trial, using the Professional version. I go to setup>Appsand Add-ons. I am offered ZohoApps and Other apps "Other" only offers me Outlook, Phonebridge, Mobile and Office. How do I integrate Google calendar or Google anything at all? Has there been a big argument that I missed? Are ZOHO and Google not playing nicely with each other anymore?

Custom Auto Number with Year Month and Initial.
I would like to create a transaction ID that will follow a new potential through quote, sales order and Invoice. We receive a sales report from our daily sales from our website. This is a CSV report. Can I upload these sales figures into a sales module and then be able to pull sales reports from this data? Also, We have suppliers and customers. I input information under contacts that were suppliers. They were turned into accounts as well as contacts. Is there a difference with regard to accounts being sales accounts or supplier accounts or do they all just reside in the same place?

Problems CRM mail - ASK FOR CREDITS PEOPLE!!
I have been told to post here as this is the ONLY way to get a "credit" for services not received. I encourage EVERYONE who is part of Zoho and who is affected by this "temporary" outage to request a credit for the incident. We should not have to keep following up with a company like this, some of us, if not most of us get paid for our time. Zoho should recognize this and put their money where their mouth is just like any other business out there. I want a credit posted to my account for this

Zoho, I appreciate all the hard work and improvements to the software but the undocumented changes that appear every weekend need to stop. Everyone came in this morning and the Email Tab in CRM was gone. We reverted to using the ZOHO Mail program but our users were comfortable with using the Tab. Application updating/refresh issue
We've just rolled out to our sales team of 5 who are now using the iPhone/Android apps. It seems that the phone app isn't able to receive/display certain notes, events, calls etc. Logged in as Super Admin, I can see (what appears to be) all details but using my same log-in details on the Android app, the same information is not visible.
