Lookup an account rather than a contact when logging an request
Are you able to lookup an account rather than a contact when adding a new request? We deal with small businesses where we want all requests to be connected with the account, regardless who calls as they are often casual staff we don't necessarily want to add to the system. Cheers, Nathan
Custom Fields from CRM
We have several custom "Account" fields in Zoho CRM that we need mapped to Zoho Support. I've searched through the setup and cannot figure out a way to add any custom fields to the CRM Integration feature for either accounts or contacts. For example, within CRM we have a custom field that shows the support level of the account. We need to be able to "at a glance" identify the support level of that account within the request view without having to switch to CRM to check it. I understand "Contracts"

Last modified field
"Last modified" field posts date in "edit" mode. The field does not appear in the public mode. How can I fix this? terese.terry@yahoo.com.
Email Request forwarded - ID sent to new Contact
Is it possible when I personally receive email support request to my email that I can forward it to my support reps and when the agent reads the email and changes the Requestor to the actual contact that sent it to me then that client can get a notification of the newly created request ticket with the ticket ID? If so how can that be done? Thanks -g-

Copy a view from one workspace to another?
I need to know if there is a way to copy a form, and two connected views from one workspace to another? I have a personal workspace and one that is shared with someone else. I want to move 3 items from my personal workspace into the shared workspace. Is that possible? Thanks, Kirsten

Dear Zoho Support Team, Thank you very much for this great product. We have tested all the features and found them very impressive. The only issue we can't resolve by ourselves - russian localization. We strongly need it. Could you please provide ETA for this feature? I can help you, if you want. Zoho Support and CRM Integration Issue
I have been trying to map the fields that I have in Zoho CRM to Zoho Support for weeks now. Zoho's support people have tried to help, but nobody seems to be able to figure this out. I thought I would try this forum to see if anyone else had experienced this problem and knew how to fix it. There is no error code or number, just after I map all of the fields I want to map and click to save the next screen just says that there was an error and to click here to go back. Has anyone else ever seen this?

Is it possible (as an admin) to modify my colleagues' password ? The access information that Zoho is supposed to forward never reached one of them. We tried the "forgot password" option to re-send it but nothing. And nothing in the spam box. Thanks if you can help me out with that.

how to syncronize accounts/contacts between Zoho CRM and Zoho Support?
Is this possible? I have figured out how to configure the connection between CRM and Support - and even imported accounts and contacts. But when I generate a new account & contact in Zoho CRM, it does not synchronize with Zoho Support. Do I have to manually import records each time? Is there a way to keep these synchronized?

Imported Contacts do not appear.
Hello, I have exported and I am trying to import my contacts. This file is a .vcf file. I locate this file through the browse button and then click the import button and this appears to work. There are two messages that imply that this is being done. Once the messages are gone. I log off and back into zoho but still no contacts. I have also added a few contacts from emails that I have received but these contacts also do not appear under contacts. I have tried to open a new email and and click

Hello, I have a barcode scanner and I'm creating some entries in the database with it. Is it possible to make a field where you can delete the original entry when you enter the same barcode. I want to be able to create a lookup field on my form Ticket called "Name" that will concatenate two fields from my Customer form with first_name and last_name. Can this be done? How do I edit email ID?
Is it possible to change the "Email ID" field on a mail account? I'm only using one account, one user, one email address. Really simple, as I'm just evaluating this solution right now. Customize use of Company Name on Customer login dialog
Is it possible to not show the company name on the Customer login dialog? Our company logo includes the company name, so the current behavior is users see the name twice. I would like to be able to use the logo instead of the company name text. Thank you, David

Does anyone have any information on how accessible this tool is to disabled users?
I am particularly interested in screen reader access and the ability to access the page using only the keyboard (i.e. without the mouse). I've found a few posts that mention problems with accessibility, but none seem to suggest these have been solved. I am visually impaired myself and wish to use this tool to work with other visually impaired people. I am aware of the CAPTCHA for sign up which does not have an accessible equivalent, but I have a way around that for my users. Hope someone can help,
Make a Solution "private"
I'd like to create an internal policy list and an external customer list. I've noticed on the top left side you can select if you would like to view "All Solutions, My Solutions, Public..." Another option on this list is "Private" However I cannot find a way to make a solution "private." Thank you in advance.
Email confirmation from zoho mail bouncing back
I am having a problem confirming an alternate sender e-mail id from within recruit. I am also unable to send any e-mails to that domain name from recruit as well. Every other e-mail destination appears to work ok so far. Is there a solution? So far the zoho support has not responded to my e-mail for assistance in 4 days. OpManager failing to authenticate with SNMPv3 to Cisco Router
Using OpManager version 8723. Cisco settings: User name: netsnmp Engine ID: 800000090300001AA1426408 storage-type: nonvolatile active Authentication Protocol: SHA Privacy Protocol: DES Group-name: readonly This is the output from when OpManager tries to authenticate with the router. I have already setup the SNMPv3 for the creditials in OpManager. For some reason when the server sends a request is using the (security level: noauth) and a (username: initial) instead of the credentials that I'm inputing.

Will not email from Zoho Invoice on iPhone
After creating the invoice and telling the Zoho Invoice APP to email my customer, I receive the error: The email ID entered XXXXX@xxxxxxx.com is incorrect. Please check and retry. All email addresses are valid. Deleting and re-entering the email does not help. This did NOT used to happen. This function definately worked when I first started using this app. I may try deleting the APP and resintalling to see if it clears it up but I consider that a last resort. Zoho Trial and user numbers
Hi I am just signing up for the free trial of Zoho. I had understood that I was signing up for max 12 users for 15 days. But when I got to three reps - it maxed out on me. Now I cant delete the reps I put in to replace them with the three key people I need! Firstly - what happened to the 12 users and 15 days? I have been researching zoho support to see if it would be good for our ebay business. We would like to see if we can use the module contracts as orders from the customer. I'm new; sorry if this is old ground. Zoho should provide full MS Exchange support. That would enable iPad users (such as myself) to access full calendar features, as well as email features, using the iPad calendar and email clients.
