Zoho Docs Migration Not Working
I login to docs.zoho.com and see the migration message, with the MIGRATE NOW button. But when I click on that button, it redirects me to the admin portal of zoho mail ( https://mailadmin.zoho.com/cpanel/home.do#dashboard ) and the migration doesn't start.

Norwegian translation of Writer
I have used Zoho for many years; and I have wished for quite some time for a better Norwegian translation of various modules. I am now using Writer, where part have been translated. However, hitting the share button the dialogue which appears in not Norwegian, but Lithuanian. I have offered my assistance in translating several times, but never received a proper response. times are changed to negative in zoho sheet (community post)
When I enter a time, like, say 6:55am, zoho sheets used to put 06:55:00 in the cell. That's how it worked yesterday 11/14/2021. Today, 11/15/2021, zoho sheets puts -17:-05:00 in the cell. That's negative 17 and negative 05. -17 -05 as if it's the time
When I open ZohoDocs Syncs, I get garbled characters.

Zoho Docs not syncing on new PC
I just installed Zoho Docs 1.10.3 on a new Win 10 PC. I logged in it says in system tray 'syncing'. But, I don't see any of my folders in the Zoho Docs folder in Windows explorer after about 20 minutes of waiting. I do see all the folders checked in

Lost access to documents and folders in Zoho Docs
I've lost access to 2 folders and the associated documents in them, which I created earlier this week in Zoho Docs.. I can still SEE the folders and the document, but whenever I or anyone I shared them with attempts to access them we get the message

ZoHo Docs document deleted
I had a file that was my only document I had here and it was deleted. I'm not sure what happened or why but I don't remember deleting it. Was Zoho updated recently because that is the only thing I can think of. I know I probably won't be able to get the file back but I was just asking if it was possible. If it helps the car had a bunch of vehicle makes and models.

Sharing Video's in Zoho Docs with clients via email the video does not play on a mobile device
If you share a video that is saved in Zoho Docs via a shared web link it plays brilliantly on a PC, however the video will not play on an iPhone or an Android phone. Does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks Nick

zoho docs deleted from desktop, restored them but they are not visible on the web
Hi, I have accidently deleted a folder in the Zoho docs folder "Klanten" on my desktop. It has synchronised and the folder was also deleted from the zoho docs web. I can't find them in the carbage can on the web. I have restored them from the carbage can on the desktop. But after synchronising the zoho files are not visible on the web. How can I restore them? Merge Template text got meshed for no reason
I don't know if the Zoho Docs team has done some weird infrastructure update but today all my merge templates have all their text . meshed together. It seems like line breaks are no longer being respected in same way they were and all our documents text is overlapping!!! PLEASE FIX THIS. All the files have disappeared
This morning I opened Zoho Docs, and all the files we had were gone. All the folders still appears but it shows "No items" in every single folders. Can you help fixing that problem? All the files were there and no one from our organisation has deleted anything. Thank you
Zoho Document Formatting
A couple days ago we noticed that all of our documents have lost their formatting. Margins no longer align, graphics are in the wrong places, etc. This problem affects all versions of the document. We really don't want to have to rebuild all of our sales flyers. Any help would be appreciated. I attached a PDF of the Zoho doc.
Preview not available for txt document
I attached a plain text document to a Task in Zoho Project, then when I clicked on it later to view it I got a message saying "Preview is not available", with a note lower in the message listing the file formats for which preview is available, txt being one of them. Attached is a cropped screen shot. Where might the problem lie? Thanks for any help at all!

Zoho Docs - synching not deleting files across devices
Zoho Docs is installed on my main desktop and on my laptop and set up to sync all folders. When I delete a file on the desktop it is not deleting on the laptop. Other things seem to work fine, for example when I add files to the desktop they are being added to the laptop so that works. Also, the deletions are working as expected to the other users that I have shared with. Workspaces Help
Hi I am new to Zoho one and am starting to implement Zoho docs for my business. I have set up different workspaces for different teams in my business to access but ever file I add into a workspace all shows up in my home directory folder of Zoho docs, is there any way of getting these files to not show up twice. Or is there a better way I should be setting this up for shared access. Thanks

Hi, I´m sure that Trebuchet font was available on the Zoho platform in the past (see for example https://help.zoho.com/portal/community/topic/zoho-kills-customized-fonts) - why is it not available now? Can it be re-added? Or institutions documents use this font.

Hi, I was using the zoho docs tool. And whilst I was doing my work it asked me to log in. I didn’t have an account so I signed up and after the signing up process it asked me to confirm my email which i did. When I did it then took me to a screen saying you need permission to access this doc and stayed there. Any solutions?? I really need the doc as it for an important work that is due on the 13th.

Accidentally and employee deleted a very important file, how to recover from Zoho docs
So one of my employees deleted a file form zoho docs, I got an email from zoho and I immediately sent a recovery request email to abuse@zoho.com I have not received a reply. please help recover file. I also do not understand why the file did not appear in employees' or my trash can.
Top bar is not shown in the Swedish version
When I switch the language from English to Swedish the top menu bar disappears. There is an error in the browser console: Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://js.zohostatic.com/fcomponents/v2_40/topbar/js/sv:SE.js”. I am also attaching a screenshot to illustrate the issue better.
Unable to open/preview docs since today

Error when trying to open a File with Local Zoho Docs
Hello there Zoho Support! As the title implies I'm getting the following error when I try to open up a file "locally" using the Zoho Docs Desk app, specifically an excel file that was converted to Zoho Sheet format. Can't restore document
I deleted a document by mistake. I know what the procedure to restore the file is, but every time I click on Restore, it doesn't. Trash in progress. Please wait appears on the lower right part of the screen and the file is still deleted after.
