Can Zoho: Function as an office server with our own tree of file organization that people from multiple locations use to store all company related files. Be setup as a mapped drive inside my PC with INSTANT access to the files - i.e. do NOT need to first download a file to work on it. All folders and files I select long term one time (not each session) to be resident on my laptop can be worked on OFFLINE, other files not selected can only be access when online by downloading these non-synced files.ZoHo Docs app Ubuntu doesn't redirect.
Hi I am using the Dutch ZoHo docs app for Ubuntu. It is my first time I want to use it. I have to give in my mail address, password and after a click on a button a number send to me by phone message. Then the app say Redirect to application.... Press here if redirect doesn't work. I press, nothing. So, ZoHo docs is an application that doesn't work so far.Can't convert or open a Excel / ZSHEET file with Password
Hello there guys As the title implies we're having some issues when trying to upload/Convert an .xlsx file to .zsheet or even open it using Zoho Docs since I'm getting an "Unable to open file" when I double click (which seems logical being that it's password protected) Are there any plans on implementing a Password prompt when trying to open an Excel Sheet that already has a Password? When I use google sheets, I can copy data in the spreadsheet and paste it into a google doc. A prompt will then ask if I would like to link the data of the worksheet. If I select yes, then the data changed in the google sheet will be changed in the google doc, simply by clicking an update icon. Is this feature possible between Zoho Sheets and writer? This is a huge time saver in writing reports where only certain data needs to be changed between clients. Thank you.Anyone Can Edit
Hi everyone! I've recently discovered Zoho and am learning about the share and access features. I'm wondering if it's possible to make a document publicly accessible (no sign-in required) that also allows anyone with the link to EDIT, not just view. I'm generating a list of check-in questions and want this document to be collaborative, with people adding to the list without having to grant access to every single individual wanting to contribute. Am I missing this feature option? Or does it not existubuntu 20.04

Hello guys, I got this situation: One of my colleagues created a folder in Zoho Docs. She installed Zoho Docs for Windows desktop so she can manage the contents of the folder smoothly. So far, so good. Now, after that, she SHARED the folder with me, and added me as the CO-OWNER of the folder. I now can see and edit the contents of the folder. The problem is this: When I ADD (upload) a file to the folder, we both can see the file online in Zoho Docs, but that file DOES NOT appear inside her folderUsed storage quota error

Hi I want to create a folder to share with customers so that they can download a .exe to run then (that bit works) I then want them to be able to upload the results file from the .exe into the shared folder. Dear All I have noticed some issues with dropbox sync 1) when i put a new file in the dropbox folder even with continuous synch the file does not appear in ZOHO document even after 20 minutes I need to stop the sync and redo it So Zoho has duplicate all the document in ZOHO documents from dropbox wich is a bug it means that if you stop restart the sync then all gets duplicate Zoho sync needs to checkif document already exist and not duplicate it If i put a document in ZOHO it goes immediately toZoho docs sync

I am trying to create an integration between zoho sheets and trello for when I create a row inside of zoho sheets it will automatically create a card inside of trello. I was able to create the integration connection perfectly fine but when I tried to link the zoho sheet I created my zoho sheet wasn't recognized at all in zoho docs. I've looked through the Templates, as well as the KB, but I only found one post from 10 years ago about making a booklet. It seems that a template no longer for creating booklets. Hi everyone, I have a bit of a brain teaser in a Zoho spreadsheet. I'm attempting to do a sum on a cell if another cell is not empty. It's a very simple calculation, but I'm struggling with getting the condition to work. If cell B3 is not blank, I want to deduct the amount in B3 from a fixed amount (22000). Essentially it's a running total showing how much is left to accrue. I want to use that formula in C3 and then repeat it down the rows. Tags are nothing but user-defined keywords or labels that can be assigned to your documents. Tags can be anything from a single word or a phrase that can be used to organize your files better and at the same time make search easier. You can create a separate tag for each file or give a common tag for files belonging to the same category. As you know Chineese Zoho is separated version. I use https://docs.zoho.com.cn/ version as I work in China and work with my collegues in China. And I can't login to Zoho Docs android app on my Samsung Note 9 - it goes to european login form. Ok, I changed interface language on my phone to Chineese and now it is possible to login to app via chineese login form (/cn version). But i'm not Chineese!!! hi, I've been using the 'Added Time' from a Form to Sheets since April. It worked perfectly, but for some reason since 20 December Sheets will no longer recognise the 'Added Time' as a Date Time cell. The cell format is correct, and the Form & Sheets date/time/region are set as UK GMT. Please advise how to correct this issue and the reason it suddenly started? We have used the Genius Scan app on our iPhone X and Pixel 2 to scan and upload to a paid Zoho Docs subscription for a couple years. Suddenly, we are unable to upload from our phones o Zoho Docs. Whether we try to upload from Genius Scan, Zoho's Doc Scanner, or from my iPhone photos, we get this message: "Login. Please login to Zoho Docs." [See attached screenshot.] The only option is to press "OK." I have logged out and back into Zoho Docs on my iPhone X. I have uninstalled the Zoho Docs app, reinstalled,Cut & Paste - Writer
Cut or Copy and Paste in Writer is not working in Firefox (Linux). This used to work, now it doesn't. This seems to be a recurring issue with Zoho. Installing the Writer browser Extension as instructed makes no difference. Problem is present both in right-click operations and with the side menu buttons. Cut/Copy and Paste sort of works in Sheets, that is, copying works but paste only works if the clipboard content is pasted into the input box; it will not paste into a new cell. I Excel and prior version of Zoho Spreadsheet... the data entered into a cell would display in the current cell and spill over into the cells to the right if they were not filled. The new version of Zoho truncates or maintains the display to the current cell only. Many of our prior spreadsheets used the spillover area in headers, but would now require each of these cell to be Merged for display purposes. Is there a way to allow the cell to display to the right is not occupied by data, as in theZoho Docs Total Fail w/ MacOS 10.15 Catalina
Is anyone else having the same issue? The Zoho Docs app on macOS fails to launch or allow the user to login. When the program starts, a window title bar appears but not the rest of the window or options. Basically, I cannot login and files on my computer cannot sync with my Zoho cloud storage. My Zoho Docs Used storage showing 5.01 GB and Total storage 5 GB. So it is over quota. I don't think it is the case, because i don't have that much data on my Zoho Docs account.
