Confusion about History
Can someone explain to me how saving when collaborating with more than one other individual works in Zoho? We feel like the document is not saving our edits when in "share mode", but maybe we don't understand the process. Some more information: The file will erase the most recently updated information (even after it is saved) once another member logs on to edit. When loading the Zoho Remote Show (that is, after send the file to your servers and before the presentation is shown on screen) the browser begins making A LOT of AJAX requests of the form: http://show.zoho.com/GetImportStatus.do?sch_id=11000002944647&DATE=1241100788811 In some cases this amount of requests has crashed the browser... Inspecting that requests with Firefox + Firebug we've seen that 99% of this calls (if not all) return a "302 Moved Temporarily" HTTP code. We think that is someAnimations

First things first, if zoho is going to move into the "Document Management" space, it needs to be able handle standard attributes: Title,Subject,Author,Department,Category But beyond that, it makes sense to be able to have a little taxonomy support by allowing us to create attribute pairs (Product=Television,Size=38 ) And of course this means that there needs to be a way to browse and search on these attributes. Zoho Show is really nice, especial for a free application. I do presentations but I find Zoho Show to be an excellent outliner for developing ideas. And the company I work for has not yet blocked it from the internet--they did block out Zoho Writer--so I'm hoping I'll be able to use this at work. One thing I've noticed is the files can't be organized. I don't have too many right now but it could become a problem later. It does have tags, but I can't figure out how to edit those tags. I uploaded a work document to zoho, edited it, saved it and downloaded it to my desktop. When I try to open it in MSWord Word hangs up and I must force quit. Hello, I am the coordinator of a small group of people that would like to publish a community newsletter. I suggested to use Zoho as a place to edit and share our documents (drafts, ready-to-publish articles for each issue, admin docs and so on). We have been able to do so thanks to the group sharing but the result is very confused and disorientating because, no matter how much one tries to organize the documents in folders, each document shows up to the others under the "Shared by me" . We wouldMy pdf and text documents WON'T OPEN or DOWNLOAD !
I am really upset some of my pdf and text documents won't download or open at all!!!! I have asked for help on this forum before and still not received a single response from the zoho team. Furthermore, I am worried about my other documents corrupting in the same manner. Greetings-- I'm having trouble with the remote presentation feature of Zoho Show. It seems that attendees are not able to view the presentations that I make remote. When they view the URL of a presentation, it says that it hasn't been started yet (but it has). I have played around with this on my own by using two different browsers--trying in Internet Explorer to view the URL of a presentation I'm showing in Firefox (and vice versa), but no luck. Hi I was granted 'Read,Write' on a document that was shared to me. I downloaded the document that was shared to me on my local drive, made changes. When I tried to upload, the only place I can upload to is my own folders. I want to overwrite the document that was shared to me so that others who have been granted access to that shared document can also see my changes. How do I do this? Hi, I have successfully embedded a Zoho show in a Joomla 1.5.9 site using the extension ARI Zoho Show (http://smart.ari-soft.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=3).
