So Form 1, I have :Stud Roll no, Stud Name , Mark 1, Mark 2, Mark 3, Total Marks , Avg % In Form 2, I have : Stud Roll no ( Lookup) , Stud Name , Total Mark, Avg %, Sports Activity (Check box list) So, In form 2, when I select Stud Roll , it should display ---> Stud Name, Total Mark , Avg %. Hi everyone, I am new to Zoho and having a problem with its forms. I embedded a form into a WordPress website and it is working ok, except for one thing: even as I mark the fields as required, the form is submitted with empty fields and then the Thank You page opens. Hello all! Trying to create a from that I can either attach or migrate into a task or an event for an employee. I am needing the form to automatically insert the customer name, address, phone and email from the lead and then allow my employee to finish filling out the form from out in the field. Is this possible? And then once submitted, that form is either attached to the new lead for me at the office to view or somewhere added directly to the documents folder for that customer. Hi, I've been trying to implement a form on my company website but I cannot get it to display the full form for the life of me. Other long forms display fine on my website, just not this one. Hello all, I have been creating a form that i would like to use ( and later on also send to my customer ) where i put some simple products and general worik that i do for a customer. I was really digging the form builder, untill i found out, that even if i have currency fields not visible, or by rule only visible when certain selctions are made, thewy are still added to my total currecny formula. Here is an example: I offer my customers antivirus product, which is possible in 4 different brands,Remove advertising information that appears when a form is filled.

When I access my entries that I've submitted from the Android Application I cannot update my records if I have a mandatory field blank. I've setup a conditional that does not display a certain field unless a user populates a certain entry. That works fine as long as they don't need to update the field if they made a mistake because that mandatory field shows up on the application entry and cannot be updated. I'd like to see the implementation that the FROM field be generated by whomever may be logged and completes the form. Our current use of the form has site managers completing daily work orders from all job sites they are working that day. They fill in the form, submit it and it gets emailed to those who are subscribed with the service, that works fine. We use zoho forms with google sheets. The main problem is the lack of error notification . It looks like : 1. User submits form --smthing going wrong so that the zoho cant write submitted data to google sheets-- 2. We recieve OK-email notification 3. User recieve OK-email notification 4. Hi! I'm trying to create a form for the first time. We would need a form for a time sheet that we have had on paper before. There, the employees would need to report arrival and departure time at a job. Is it possible to get the program to calculate the time spent at this job? Is there any way to exclude certain fields from the PDF copy that is created upon submission? We are using several images via the Description field that inform the user's answers, yet we don't want the PDF document that they print out afterwards to be (1) image heavy and (2) LONG.
