Zoho Crm - Inventory Integration
Hello, I need help about Map Fields between CRM and Inventory. For Example, I can't match amount of stock between these 2. I can put opening stock number in Inventory but I can't see it on CRM. Also I want to see categories and parent categories on Inventory, in CRM too. Best Regards.Is it possible to Select Item Serial Numbers from a Sales Order?
Our accepted estimates are converted to Sales orders for our warehouse staff to pick. How can my warehouse staff select the serial numbers for an item when editing a Sales Order? Logically when staff pull an item and have the serial in front of them they update the Sales Order and select the serial. I understand a serial can be added when creating an invoice but how can accounts team know the serial if the warehouse staff can't select it! I have configured the multi warehouse but it show all the items under all warehouse which is not correct according to our business logic, so i want that items should only display under that specific warehouse not under all the warehouses not even with zero quantity.
