Date translation
Is it possible to translate the name of the months that are displayed in the Estimate and Invioce, I need the month names in Croatian language. Thank you in advance.
Few things
Quickbooks offers unlimited invoicing for 12.95 a month. Instead of trying to sell plans by the invoicing. Sell it by the support levels with unlimited invoices.
add Payment to invoice results in error 10081
Hello I dont know why i get this error. I try do add a payment to an invoice via the api! https://invoice.zoho.com/api/payments/create The ammount of the payment is equal to the ammount of the invoice but in my response i get an error with code 10081 which tells me that the ammount of the payment is higher than the ammount of the invoice! Dont know why because the values are equal.! The next thing is this error only occurs sometimes. Whats wrong here?
Search Customers in Invoice Screen & search for contact persons
Not a huge priority but when you're up to thousands of customers, it'd be good to be able to search for a customers name or business from the Invoice screen. Also, on the search (currently under customers), shouldn't the default search also include the names of "contact persons". For example, if I have someone called Joe ring me up about an invoice, I have to go to "advanced search" and then "first name" to find which business name or organisation his invoice comes under as he's just listed as a
Printed Invoice History
The Zoho Invoice summary screen is lacking with regards to printing and email status support. I can't be the only business who needs to quickly see when invoices were last printed, emailed or snail mailed (whichever was most recently done). Something like "1st overdue reminder printed by user ABC at 10:12 on 20th Sep 2010" would be fantastic. This feature is would make Zoho Invoice 10 times more usable for me.

Hi, I don't really want my clients seeing a discount field on their invoices especially if they are not getting any!!! How do you turn this field off?

Hi, I just started using ZOHO billing and invoicing for my web design and web hosting business, I was using intuit quickbooks but the deal is better here for the price and amount of things I can do for 14 dollars less each month is great. I have successfully set it all up and moved all of my clients and customers into it and began to send invoices which have been paid thru paypal. But I am not getting a payment made response from zoho invoice and so far i have had to go in and manually tell zoho

Is there a way to setup the paypal payment to process the payment with credit card only? Meaning without the person receiving the invoice creating a new account with paypal. I have see some retailers simple ask for the credit card and it was process via paypal without creating a paypal account
Custom Terms and Conditions page - character limit and functionality with PayPal checkout
I am currently testing Zoho Invoice for functionality with terms and condtions page. What I am looking for is a streamlined solution, where customer has to review and accept agreement before making the payment. One way to do it would be echosign or docusign esignature and then separate invoice. It's $15 a month+ double work solution though. Another way would be fastdue with it's contracts and invoices. That's 2 separate emails though, with $10 a month pricetag. And finally, it looks like Zoho implemented

Hi, Actually i wanted to calculate the number of overdue days once the due date is over in invoice. So there any way where i can subtract the due date from the current date. This will give me the number of overdue days. (This is possible in Excel buit how i can do it in zoho ) Overdue days = Current date - Due Date

Hi! I am generating quotations using the templates, and I would like to have a space between the currency sign which is THB. Right now, the automatic quotations have this format: THB1234, which is rather difficult to read. I would like to have the pricing displayed as THB 1234. Could you please teach me how to do that? More than one company
I own three companies that in total send less than 5 invoices per month. I can not set up more than one company and logo on Zoho Invoice. I tried creating a separate ZOHO account but it keeps reverting me back to the one I set up already. Any suggestions? Gail Nowacky

Hi Zoho, I think you guys rock... I would however want to suggest SMS API integration. Is this possible? I would like to do the following: 1. Send SMS Reminders to myself with invoice info. 2. Send SMS as Invoice Reminders to customers after 2nd Reminder (together with Emails) 3. Set SMS Notifications for Invoice to Customers and to myself (if they prefer to receive them) 4. tax change on recurring invoices
the tax rates in the UK change on 1st Jan ive gone in and edit the tax rate in taxes settings - question - will recurring invoices setup previous to the change charge the correct amount? reason i ask is that the recurring invoices are showing my tax with a star next to it showing it's been modified but do i have to change it manually on each old recurring invoice or will it happen automatically when the invoices are due?

Will Zoho Invoice be developed into a Zoho Online Accounting system for small businesses? It seems to me that this is the next logical step in the evolution of Zoho Invoice. Also I'm surprised that Zoho has not developed a Accounts Payable module with bill and bill payment features as the flip side of customers invoicing as a 1st step in this direction. Invoice from Time Sheet
When generating an invoice from a time sheet by task the invoice Item Table Configuration does not contain the date the line item occurred. Can this be changed? The settings section does not seem to have any options for this.

Customer Alphabet Links
I noticed in the CRM under Accounts and Contacts that there are anchor links by alphabet to quickly get to customers further down the list. A similar function with Invoice Customers would be helpful.
