Payment Acknowledgement
When I send the Payment Acknowledgement to my customer, they will request to have a receipt. Please consider to allow edit and attach the invoice (receipt) in the Payment Acknowledgement email.
Status for Estimate
After create invoice from estimate, is it possible to have a status indicator for the Estimate, just like the status in inovice listing page. At this moment, I don't know how to handle the estimate. Delete it, or keep it?
Service Plans
Is it possible to have a plan between Basic(25/mo) and Standard(150/mo)? Or, you may allow customers to use double Basic Plan, i.e. Basic(25/mo) x 2 = Double Basic (50/mo). Alternatives, it will be much flexible for clients if there is a thereafter charge. i.e. If users choose Basic Plan(25/mo), start from the 26 invoice, there is thereafter fee (count per invoice).
CRM Sync
Hi I'm working in a B2C environment and I'm a little confused with the Zoho CRM sync feature in Zoho Invoice. I would expect that it would sync to my Contacts (converted Leads) and create new Customers in Invoice yet none of my contacts are imported. Can you please help me to understand the relationship between the two applications and their modules. I checked the user manual and help documents, but couldn't find anything. Thanks, Gregg
Zoho Invoice - Export PDF doesn't fix DL window envelope
Hi, We've subscribed to Zoho Invoice, and are having troubles getting the exported PDF invoices to fix correctly in a DL window envelope. We are using the Fixed Cost Template -> Professional. Is there are way to change the margins on the template and move everything across to the right a bit? Jonathan
Add another currency in the final total payment.
Allow to show additional payment value in another currency. eg. Total USD 1,000 Pay in HKD Total: HKD 7,800 That will be helpful for customer to select the preferred payment currency.

Additional Field - DEPOSIT
I will be helpful if there is a deposit field which allow me to input the deposit amount and showing in the invoice for client reference. My alternative is use the custom field for the deposit purpose, but this field is showing on the group of address. It seems not easy for reference.
Customer Statements
I have tried retrieving statements for customer with payment history in vain. How do I get to print statements for customer indicating Invoices paid and amount that is due?

Custom Template do not show up

Always different template formatting?!
Hi, In the last 6 weeks I had to do smaller alterations on my invoicing template but made sure that I never touched the HTML code itself. Everytime I saved the template something else was different on the exportet PDF file. Mostly the line-height seems to change everytime it changed the template. Last time I had to increase it to make sure it looks good this time around the line-height seems to be defaulted to an "auto" value that I can't alter. Hi, Our base currency is EUR, but we invoice in USD a lot - noticed that when we create an inv. where 1 EUR = 1.54290 USD, the Amount/Balance shown in the list of Invoices is off by 0.01 Euro - see attached. If we enter the USD value as 1.54, then there is no problem. Thanks, Anthony

Editing Estimate
Hi, I created an estimate and saved. I then went back to edit it and the estimate got all screwed up by putting each line item on a separate page. Now my estimate which should have been one page long with four line items was four pages long. What went wrong? Is there a fix? I ended up having to delete the invoice and start over again. This is not good as it wastes one of my estimates/invoices per month. Thanks, Tanya
Editting Payment
I have an invoice I created for a customer. I accidentally created a payment for the full amount of the invoice, but I only received a partial payment. I can't see how to edit or delete a payment. It also seems that I can't open the invoice. I think it closed automatically when I added the full payment. Could someone help me to delete or edit a payment for an invoice? Thank you! Brent

Custom template changes do not show up in live versions
I updated the column headers in a custom Estimate template as follows: "Qty" --> "Hrs" "Discount" --> Deleted this heading When I make an estimate the old values remain. I would like to get rid of the "Discount" column all together. We do not have any discounts. Please advise. These issues are show stoppers for me. I need to have the possibility to make an estimate where work is quoted on Hourly rates or on Daily rates. Other than that this is a great tool. Good work ZOHO!!

Can only see 1st page of invoices
I can only access the first page of invoices using Firefox and Safari browsers. I can't even use the option of opening more than 10 invoices per page. A few days ago I was getting an error page when accessing the invoices. Help please....thanks. JD

Problem with Latin Characters
I am writing from Spain and I have a problem with the characters, like "�" or "�". When editing an invoice everything seems to be ok, but when I print out or export to pdf, it doesn't seem to recognize them. They become garbled. Help please. Thanks
From Quickbooks to Zoho Invoice
We have been using Intuit Quickbooks for our invoicing until we recently discovered Zoho Invoice. Although Quickbooks does a lot more than Zoho Invoice to manage your company accounts, wages, VAT etc, we simply didn't use the features and all we were using it for was to create our invoices. Invoice Logo Quality Looks Terrible
On the 'Logo settings' page. I have uploaded a 'System Logo' and a 'Invoice Logo'. The 'System Logo' shows up perfectly fine but the 'Invoice Logo' looks horribly pix elated when an invoice is exported into PDF format. I tried uploading the exact same image that I used with the System Logo. I used photoshop to create multiple versions to see if I could get it to work. I tried using .gif and .jpg. Possible to Add Old/Paid Invoices (History)?
Hi, We are basically moving our accounting/invoicing from an online service to Zoho Invoicing, and I was wondering if it is possible to enter already entered/paid invoices to the system so that we can have complete (back)history on file. What I mean is to enter for example an invoice from March 2008, using the old invoice numbering system, and then mark it as paid, etc so that old invoices are all kept on the system in once place. Adding Variable/One-Off Items
Hi, What is the best way of adding Variable/One-Off items to an (already existing) invoice? I have created an invoice, but forgot to add Shipping Costs. Now I want to add the shipping costs, but this is a variable cost of course depending on weight/country - so I don't necessarily want to create an item with a fixed cost. But I cannot create a 0.00 rated item, which I can amend at the time of creating/updating the invoice. What is the best way around this? Thanks, Anthony

A few suggested improvements: 1) Have you thought about adding some kind of filtering on the invoice and client list pages? As I add more clients and invoices it is getting harder to find specific invoices or clients, so a filter list box, where some matching words could by typed, would really help. 2) When viewing a client, it would be great to be able to get not just a summary of open, late and closed invoices, but also to be able to click on those summaries and get the actual list of these invoices,
