Archiving messages in Mac Mail App
Hi, I'm using the Mac Mail App with a Zoho account, with the IMAP settings. It all works, except that when I choose to archive an email, from the inbox, in the app it starts showing only in the Archive folder, but in the webmail or in a mobile device with ActiveSync, that email will still show in the inbox, as well as in the Archive folder. If you archive from a mobile app with ActiveSync, it all works. What can I do to change this behavior? Thank you.
MX Verification is not working after Domain expired and re-enabled.

Hi, We were trying to send emails from the contact form on our website, but it says "5.4.1 Mail rejected by destination domain" The issue appears that Zoho servers classified e-mails from contato@dataviva.info as spam and rejected they. The domain used in website is dataviva.info. I have sent email to Zoho support and asked in other post in forum about this issue but I did not get answers. Emails to Office 365 getting filtered as junk
I have several clients that use Office 365 for email and they are all reporting that emails from me (hosted on Zoho mail) are being sent to the "Junk Email" folder. I tested and confirmed this. I checked the headers and noted that under X-Forefront-Antispam-Report, it shows CIP:135.84.80.216 ... CAT:BULK It looks like Office 365 is detecting email from that server as bulk and filtering it. Is there anyway this can be resolved or can I be moved to a different email server?

I need to setup an autodiscover entry in my domain's DNS for Zoho Mail, but I do not know the value to use. I tried creating a CNAME for autodiscover that points to autodiscover.zohomail.com but that is not working.
