Is the Mail Server down?
Is the mail system down ?(USA PST 7/13/2021 12:05 am) We are unable to log in to the Zoho mail to view and send emails, it just keep on loading on this page for an hour.
MX records problem
I make the DNS records pointed correctly to zoho servers, but it's still telling its not pointed and returned an error. When click to check mx records, system found zoho records but not recognize. Help please

How to reconfingure email account if we change our web hosting server.
Dear Support, Recently our client changed to a new web hosting server and migrated their existing website. Everything is ok with their website after they repointed their domain name to new web hosting server. But unfortunately, they overlook on their zoho email setting. And now they fail to send or receive email. Please advise on how to resolve this issue. Do they need to just edit their zoho mail configuration? If yes, pls guide us. Or they need to start all over again? Thanks.

Zoho Mail Android app: SSL Handshake error
Yesterday the app stopped working. Refreshing didn't work. After I signed out and tried to sign in there was an error: SSL handshake error. I couldn't sign in. The app seems to be working on ipad and on android 9. On my android 5 the app is not working anymore. I have also uninstalled the app and installed it again.
