By default zoho mail has an avatar with the email initials on a colored background. But the background randomly changes for each email in a thread regardless of the email address from which it came, making multi-email conversations hard to follow. zoho outlook
I have a problem, I have 3 email accounts, 2 of them are connecting with outlook, but 1 of them does not connect at all! I already enabled the POP module in the settings, I did the same thing, but one of them I can't configure, can someone help me?
Zoho mail is crap in Microsoft IE explorer
There is unbelievable that zoho mail just can't open it in Microsoft IE, my hard drive was keep running running running, and it was almost burn (I am just trying to describe, but my it was taking workload for my hard drive a lot). I actually feeling that I am expressing so much then Zoho mail might ask me to shut but this is completely fucking ok as this is the fact! Because thing is not solving, that is why I need to use such polite for greeting.
Emails classified as Spam Office 365 - Reasons and recommendations
We noticed that the emails from some of the accounts in Zoho Mail end up in Spam folder for recipients using Office 365 email. The issue is caused due to Exchange Online Protection server in Office 365, wrongly identifying a genuine email from Zoho Mail as Spam, i.e, due to a case of 'false positive' in EOP. I am unable check my Zoho E-Mail in Microsoft Outlook 2013. My system is Windows 64-Bit, recently upgraded to Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit. This is the error message I get: "Task '[Masked For Security] - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login. Need to recover old SENT emails that dissapeared
Hello I needed some emails I send back in 2018 to present them in for a judge in a trial, and when I went to check all my sent emails I cannot get older than 2019 and I didnt' deleted them. IMAP migration fails to add user
I am attempting to migrate from my old IMAP account to using Zoho Mail. I have added the server settings in a new migration and that seems to have worked. When I add a user to the migration it fails and says 'User not exist'. What does that mean and how do I diagnose the error further? I am adding the user name and password exactly as they are in my IMAP client and then putting my Zoho email address in the third box, hope this is correct.

I want to send mails from these users, but I don't know how to access Zoho mail form this user. TLS vs SSL
Hi there ! There is something I don't really understand regarding SMTP encryption. The documentation says that port 465 is for SSL, and port 587 for TLS. I have two questions : I am not an expert, but for what I know, everybody agrees that SSL should not be used anymore, only TLS is secure. Why offer the SSL option, then ? Change from Cpanel to Cloudflare
While setting up the zoho mail, it was configured with Cpanel, while actually it was using Cloudflare. How can I change it to Cloudflare. Or should I delete the account and start fresh, it has no mails in it, it was created just a day before, if to delete, how to and how fast can I start another account for the same domain.

Hello, I recently migrated from O365 to Zoho mail recently and I have stupidly turned off the mail subscription for O365. I was unaware that thousands of emails did not migrate properly to Zoho Mail... 4 years worth in fact. I have those emails on my laptop in a OST file. MX and SPF not working
Already added the MX and SPF records, but on the control panel it still stays that they are not pointed to zoho mail. Can you check if my configuration is right and I just need to wait?
