It's just been sitting here trying to sync, I went online to the webmail and saw I had 2 messages that needed to be synced. This has been constantly going on for the past few days, it seemed to fix itself earlier in the week but it's back now. tracert imap.zoho.com Seems to stop at IP 129.250.199.134 after that it just goes to timed out state.
Outgoing mail goes to SPAM
hello, we have noticed that a lot of our outgoing e-mails are going as a SPAM to recipient like [SPAM-TA] in a subject... We are using MS Outlook 2010. Any ideas to fix it? Thank you, Arunas
Can an email or notification be created when a daily email is not received?
I receive a daily email. If it does not arrive I have an issue that must be addressed. Preferably, I'd like to automatically send a did-not-arrive email to two email addresses, but one address and/or a notification would suffice. Can this be done?
Is it possible to add a website from a web browser to Bookmarks by sharing it to the 'Streams for Zoho Mail' or 'Zoho Mail' app on Android?
It would make the Bookmark function in Zoho Mail actually useful on smartphones (Android). Mobile-first should be the norm and not an after-thought. By using the built-in Sharing function on Android, it will make Bookmarks a bit closer to its competitors. Thanks.
Zoho mail has been very slow for the past 2 months
I am located in Vietnam and for the past 2 months Zoho mail has been very slow.
New Login Acitivity -> Block
Constantly getting New Login activity emails these last few days which after a while lead to the account being blocked. Anybody else experiencing this ? Have scanned pc for malware / viruses Used strong passwords. Within minutes of changing password and unblocking account, the same is happening over and over again. Getting ridiculous now and wandering if Zoho system is compromised somehow.

Email templates background images
The background images to my email templates are being stripped. They sow fine in the preview but when I save and they are sent the entire background part of the html tag is being stripped and not shown. How am I supposed to embed the images?

How do I access control panel, free account or is this not a feature. When I go to https://www.zoho.com/mail/control-panel.html or any link. I get shown a page that shows what the control panel can do but it is not usable in any way. I am logged in when doing this. I am trying to add a 2nd mail to my own domain e.g. info@.... Unable to upload non portrait profile photo
Hi, may I know why uploading non portrait photo is restricted? because as a small business team less than five. we intend to use a single email account for multipurpose from different user. So, we prefer uploading a business logo rather uploading a person's photo. But it is unable to do it when uploading a business logo, it only show error message. Using Mac Mail on OS X (10.10.3) Been having issues with both checking and sending email for a few days. Have deleted and re-added the account, verified username and password are both correct, as are SMTP settings. I can log in and send via the web interface. Hi, i'm having trouble downloading any attachment from my Zoho email. The download speed is very slow, and it will restart to download again upon completion. The file download will keep looping, restarting until it becomes erro and stops. I tried to clear browser cache, restart browser, restart komputer, nothing works. Some emails not being delivered to our users
I am seeing an issue where some emails are not delivered to the users, at least I cannot find them. For example today one of my users had their PC hacked and encrypted so I am attempting to reset their Amazon password for them and requested to chnage the password which requires the entry of a validating code sent via email. Hi, I am running the zoho mobile app as well as the email on the mail client on my mac. there were no issues since the last 2 years but the last 10 days i havent been receiving any mail, the outgoing mail is working fine though.
