Sorting Email by Name
It used to be that, in any folder (trash, sent, inbox, etc...), when you clicked on a name, all emails in that folder with that name as displayed would show up, and all other emails would disappear. A type of sort function. In the last few months, it has gone away. I've been waiting for it to come back, but no luck. What gives?

Cannot connect using MAC Outlook
The user account was blocked because of exceeding quota limit. After removing the old emails, and it is 10% free space now, but the account is still blocked when trying to use outlook to connect. Dear Zoho Team, I was using godaddy for my website to host domain, and i configured zoho one year back was perfectly working fine. Unable to create MX record in .lk domain
Hi, I'm from Sri Lanka and I have purchased a local domain (.lk) from our service provider and it doesn't allow to create MX record as you have mentioned in the guideline. Please see attached image. Block Incoming Email Sent To A Specific Address
I have an email that receives a LOT of spam that goes to my catch-all email address. This is an email address that used to exist with the company, but is no longer there. I know I could make an account for this email and turn off incoming traffic. But I would prefer not to make an account just for this purpose. Catchall Active - want to block some emails
Hi, I have catchall active on my account, however I want to block some of the emails, for example I want to block marketing@mydomain.com and dont want it to catch to my main email. I setup a filter for it to go straight to trash, but I still get a notification that an email arrived. Is there any way to do this right in the control panel? Hello, I have a website on Shopify with a domain bought on shopify itself. My website is www.bonconte.com I tried to make the email configuration on zoho but now I can send emails but not receiving them. When sending email to info@bonconte.com from my personal email, I receive a message saying that the mx.zohomail.com refused my email. I don't know how to make the configuration right on my shopify. Emails not being received
Our company is recently being told by some of our clients that they are not receiving our emails - this is new. We have IMAP setup and are bcc-ing other cloud-based applications (like gmail) that ARE receiving our emails but the end clients don't seem to be. Is there any setting that anyone has used that could help with this? I've been reading about SPF but not sure I should do that or not at our root domain. Thanks in advance!

Inbox- sender name
So I logged in this morning, to see that instead of sender name alongside emails in initial inbox view, there is now a 2 initial picture. So on loading inbox my emails now read CC, T&, MA. This is somewhat useless in terms of working out who the message is actually from, one must now open the message or hover over/ tap the picture.... This is happening on laptop & tablet, but not mobile phone. What do other users think of this design change? Is there a way to turn it off? If not, I will be closing
