My email stopped working
My email was working fine and now no one on our account can send or receive email. No errors come up. Nothing is bounced back. I simply cannot send or receive from the zoho web app, mobile app or from email software that was working.

IMAP Account - Emails downloaded until a specific time
Hi everyone, I have set up my Zoho account with IMAP on Outlook for Mac 365 and not all inbox emails have been downloaded but only up to a specific time or amount of emails. How can I have outlook download the rest of the emails on my inbox? Same applies for the sent folder too.

Unable to add external user to a group
I´ve created a public group within my Org for communications, with a general email address. However, I want to add an external user to that group, but I´m no able to do so. It should be sending an invitation for that user, but no email is being sent for that user (spam folder was already checked by the person who should be the recipient´s invitation. Can you please provide help or guiadance on doing this? Thank you!
Retrieve deleted emails

Delete a shared folder
Hi everyone, a few days ago I've deleted an account and I forget that that user has some shared folders with another email account. Now, when I try to delete the shared folder from the existing user, I receive an error. Anyone can help me to solve this? It's very annoying have folders that I can't use but also I can't delete. I have setup the domain verification correctly through Wix; however, I am not seeing the verification as complete in Zoho. What is the average wait time for verification to complete? I need the verify to complete in order to setup my business emails. Our domain is airtechmold.com
Emails stopped coming.
My ZOHO email has just stopped receiving emails other then test email I send to myself through ZOHO or Gmail. I can send emails but not receive them from anyone other then myself. Sugestions???

I used my hotmail email for verification to sign up to the Zoho mail but never got the email. Is Zoho mail being blocked again? Is Zoho planning to address this issue permanently? Seems there has been many cases of this in the past 3 years?

I bought a domain a couple years ago and got a zoho account to go with it. Recently, I've started a blog with wordpress and transferred my domain over to make it look more professional. During the transfer, wordpress asked for my CNAME zbcode to set up my zoho mail with them. I have a very annoying problem which is that my emails goes to the receiver junk mail. I am loosing my bussines because of that. I noticed when I send a test mail my client receives it but when I attach a file my email ends up in the junk. I really would like to help me regarding this matter.

Hi, Is there an easy way for me to simply click "not spam" for things that aren't? I'm aware that i can go in and manually identify domains and such as not spam - but a simple button which then asks how i want to whitelist it (i.e., but address, domain or whatever) would be SO much easier. My Spam control SPF verification settings are set to "Move to Quarantine" because I would like to catch the emails that are not really spam to be still deliver by hand. Hi, I am looking for the best solution to monitor a terminated employees account for awhile as suspected fraud is going on. I changed the password immediately but can they just reset it somehow? I chose the option Sign-out from all devices but did not choose the option for them to change the password at next login. Does this keep them out? Do I delete their account and use their email as an alias in the admin account so that we can receive their emails? Any suggestions would be appreciated. This
