Cannot use outlook after unblock mail

Syncing Zoho Mail with third-party client
I have tried several times to use Thunderbird to read my Zoho Mail. However, it always says authentication is wrong. It doesn't matter whether I am using desktop or mobile client software, Zoho Mail app is the only one I've been able to read mail with. I would like to be able to use Thunderbird email client with Zoho Mail.
Zoho mail screen has only the logo
Could any one help me here? My email screen shows nothing but the logo on top left and copy-write at the bottom. I tried different browsers, I clear all cookies and data, I even tried on phone's browser and I get same result. any ideas why? Any help would be appreciated.

Reuse accidentally deleted username
Hello I've messaged support a couple of times, but from the replies I've had I don't think they understood the problem (it's not a logon problem)... I accidentally added the alias chair@ to the wrong e-mail user (admin@) and then deleted it immediately. On trying to add it to the correct user (chairs@) I get the error message "The email address you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region. Creepy email about customer locations
I recently got an email about my brother's location since I'm the administrator for a Zoho account. I think this is very creepy and a privacy violation (as in I always know my brothers location without his permission) . I don't think this feature should exist yet alone be enabled by default. How can I remove completed tasks from Calendar view?
It's a big help to be able to view my tasks on my calendar by due date. However, once those tasks are complete, I no longer need them to appear on my calendar they are no longer something that I need to account for in my daily/weekly schedule. Is there a way to set the task "app calendar" to only display "in progress" tasks? Or is the only option I have to delete completed tasks, which seems like a poor choice for documentation/reference sake.

Calendar Days and Calendar Dates not in correct columns.
Across the top of my calendar the dates (Sunday - Saturday) appear correct, but the Saturday numerical dates are appearing in the same box as the Sunday numerical date. Anything appt I enter for Saturday, does not appear on the calendar at all. Thank you for your assistance. Tamara
Why are duplicate events showing in mobile calendar version?
I just started using Zoho calendar. I've successfully synced it with two other calendars (from Google and Yahoo). All events are visible on the web version of Zoho Calendar. But duplicates of each item imported from my Google calendar appear when I access my Zoho calenday through my mobile device at mobile.zoho.com. How can I stop these events from appearing in duplicate? (Note: the events imported from my Yahoo calendar appear only once, not in duplicate). Thank you.

I have been using the calendar on both a laptop site and a phone site for some time with no problems. however, today the calendars have disappeared from both sites.
Outlook plugin will not accept username/password
I am not able to log in to the Outlook app as it will not accept my access credentials. I tried deleting and then re-installing the plugin, but the same 'Invalid username password error displays. In Zoho Calendar - My account Alisa is defaulted to green. I also have to view 5 other calendar and other ones are also green which make its very confusing when I have them all selected. Is there a way to change you event/calendar colors for your whole calendar. Not talking about the calendar back ground color.

My Default Outgoing Email
When I hit "New Mail", my default From address is my zoho email (name@zoho.com). How do I change this so that the first email to always be in the From section is the email from my own domain (name@mydomain.com). I've already added to my from addresses, but I can't seem to find a way to making it my default outgoing email everytime I compose a new email. It's troublesome to have to change it each time because if I forget, I end up sending from the wrong email address.

Hello, When I add a task on my calendar and this calendar is shared with a colleague, if he has a iPhone he can't read the description of the event. The description only show in the iPhone when you create an event on your own calendar. This problem doesn't happen if someone is using an Android. I don't know if is a Calendar bug or an App Bug.
