Hello, my e-mail notariusz@janicka.eu has e-mail outgoing and ingoing blocked. What I should do? I bought Standard Plan, because I crossed the storage limit of Free Plan (5 GB). Now I have 6 / 30 GB, but still everything is blocked. Best Wishes!

Recently, I often receive mails with the warning as in the subject line above. I've noticed that some old mails in my mailbox when opened now have this warning even they were received with no warning in the past. Also, some of the newer mails were received with warning, but the warning disappeared later. The help given following the ? mark wasn't very informative. Sent Items from App and Webmail ending up in Outlook Inbox
Hello! We are using Outlook 2016 on Windows 10 Professional. When a user sets up an out of office reply via the webmail access, or sends an email via the zoho app, those sent messages get sorted by the rule that sorts emails sent by him into a folder. He has this rule setup so he can reply all to a group he belongs to, and those certain replies get sent to the folder. Sync Issues in Outlook
I am facing sync issues in the Outlook Inbox/Sent folders. The folders are not getting updated. However, I can see the Incoming Email as well as Sent Email on Web Client. My outlook shows me processing always like below.

Email Header Not Displaying Correct Sender Address
I noticed over the past few days that emails I receive do not display the correct email from the sender. If I reply to the email, it goes back to the correct person. But the sender email isn't displayed properly when I receive it. The yellow highlight on the attachment should be an email address and not the long string of code. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't delete account
I was setting Zoho mail up in preparation to move my email over. I had everything set up except I could not set up a mailbox because it was somehow associated with the super administrator. When I finally figured out how to remove that email address from the SA, I could not sign on to the other accounts. Long story short, I wanted to delete my account and start over. I deleted the domain but when I try to delete the account I get the message: You are an administrator of your organization : "xxxxxxxxxx".

Great Program, Just Have A Couple Of Questions
was introduced to zoho mail by a friend and love it so far. got my gmail accounts forwarded without issue, got the reading pane on the bottom no issue. i'd like to know how i get notificatons and newsletters to go directly to the inbox instead of to those folders. also would like to know of any app for importing my outlook saved emails into zoho, thanks and once again great app.
Emails go to Spam when using Zoho signature!
Whenever I use Zoho signature, be it plain text or with some embedded image and sent an email to gmail, google puts them in the spam box!. When I remove the zoho signature, it no longer goes into spam. Kindly help. Thank you.
New Domain
Hello, I currently have an email address at alec@apexwebdrone.com through Zoho. I purchased a new domain yesterday and would like to make alec@apexweb.io. Is there a way to somehow convert my preexisting account to do that? I tried to just make a new account, but since my phone number is registered to the original one I am unable to make a new account. emails sent to an Iphone cannot reply using the default iphone app
Hi we are sending emails out using our zoho account and if a customer has an iphone and tries to reply (using the default mail app) it bombs out. If you send it to a gmail app then replys no problem is this a known issue and is there a fix for it? Regards Stuart
Remove a contact from a category / Move category
2 Problems. 1) In my email contacts I have a number of categories. The categories were automatically placed under the "Personal" folder, but I need to move them all to their own category without being a subfolder. How do I move them? 2) How do I remove a contact from a category without removing the contact altogether? When I am viewing a category, select a contact and click the trash can, it tries to remove the contact entirely.
