Why Zoho
I'm new. It appears I need to create a domain via GoDaddy (in my case) and set that domain up to handle email (my focus at the moment). Why do I need Zoho? What does it do that GoDaddy's mail can't do? I have been using Fastmail for over a decade, usually with a client (Postbox, currently), but (foolishly?) decided to change. Zoho seems to make me go through an entirely separate system for service when I thought it was a service provider. I have begun to question the wisdom of my choice.
IMAP issue
Using PHP we are trying to connect "imappro.zoho.com" and fetch emails from meducation@ocannabisclinic.com. We are getting error "Can't connect to imappro.zoho.com,993: Connection refused". Please help us to fix it.

Certain Emails Blocked
Sometimes I receive emails from a certain email address, other times I do not receive them even though I have been told they have been sent multiple times. It's the same email address and the emails are not in the spam folder.

I received two messages on my iPhone with verification codes, so assume someone is trying to hack my account. We have 3 computers monitoring one account. One of the computers gets the above error from time to time. The email gets moved to the sent folder in the client (Thunderbird) but the email is not sent.
