Hello all. Short and sweet: * Currently evaluating Zoho One. I'm a fan of how a Project's milestones and tasks can be viewed and edited in the Zoho Projects calendar. I thought that via Settings > Integrations > Enable Zoho Projects Integration I could see the tasks I'm assigned to or I'm part of replicated in my Zoho Mail calendar, but alas I don't see this happening. I thought this kind of integration would make absolute sense — I may not be looking at Zoho Projects's calendar every day, but I

Set Email Aliases and sending messages from different domain
Hi. I would like to as about specific configuration. I have few domains eg: domain1.com domain2.com domain3.com domain1.com is my primary domain and contain eg. contact@domain1.com email address. I would like set few aliases on domani2.com and domain3.com and redirect messages to contact@domain1.com. Then i would like to reply to messages which are from @domani2.com sinding them by domain2.com alias (email which came from). Eg: I recieved email to testing@domain2.com`. Message was redirected to

Hi I've attempted to update my SPF record but get a 'unable to get TXT record' message. I am unclear whether I need to just have a "spf1 include:zoho.eu ~all" or if I need to include an "ip4: etc" in as I previously had multiple entries in my iPage domain. Please advise ... Thanks

corrupted signature
I created a signature with an image in it, which works fine for a while. However, it then seems to lose the image, see below. This has happened a couple of times and each time I've had to recreate the signature. Any help will be most welcome. Regards, Steve

Hi, I have tried to setup my mail account with my domain but am getting the below error when I send an email to my Zoho mail from an external email client. Hi Zoho forum, I was wondering is it possible to forward emails from zoho to google suite? I've looked into the split / dual delivery options but not sure if its possible? This is the scenario in more detail - I want support@123.com to be on zoho and user1@123.com and user2@123.com on Google suite to receive all emails sent to support@123.com. Email not received. Sender logs show zoho servers detected as SPAM
Hi I was waiting for an email and the email goes via a reputable 3rd party email masking service dnt.abine.com. Most of my emails come this way. I notice from dnt.abine.com that time to time some emails never get received in my Zoho account but 99% of them do, and I can only now assume that the reason for this is down to the reason below - i.e. your servers label it as SPAM but then do nothing about it.
