MX Records and SPF unconfigured after adding CNAME records?
Hello, Yesterday I added two CNAME records to my DNS configuration (to point to a new website that I just created), and when I logged to Zoho mail, I noticed that MX records and SPF are not working. I configured them before doing this, and all was working perfectly. Is there something that I'm missing? Maybe I just need to wait or something, but I'd like to know if I have to configure something else. Thank you very much !

Everything is verified (except DKIM, which shouldnt be a problem when receiving emails) and i am still unable to receive any emails. Internal (zoho) mails between users on my network is working without any problems, but when it comes to receiving from the external sources (ex. gmail. hotmail.. etc.. ) nothing appears. I have checked the syntax of my SPF and DKIM DNS records on multiple different services... everything checks out OK... but I still get a large red question mark beside emails sent to gmail.com because they claim that the IP address I am sending my mail from is not permitted or denied by my DNS records. What gives? I just setup the DNS records 24 hours ago, but everything has fully propagated to all of the free online checkers I double-checked with... so surely google has the correct DNS settings

How to view an invite in mobile mail
Hello, today I got an invite via email. On my phone I could not see any details and there was no option to add it to the calendar. Once I was in front of a computer, I opened the mail in a web browser, could see the details of the invite and there is a link to add the event to the calendar. That worked fine. Loss of trash icon
When hovering over a message in Inbox, I no longer to see a trash icon for me to quickly delete the email. I know I can click to select the message then use the trash icon, but I found the quick trash icon much more convenient. Not sure whether this is a bug or a planned change. Hello, I would like to ask for a help, please. I have just installed Outlook 2019 (not 365) and I am trying to configure it for sending digitally signed emails (exchange activesync). In every email it says digital signature is not valid (with yellow triangle alert). Certificate is installed correctly (tried it with another nonzoho email account at Outlook 2019 (IMAP) and it is working fine. Problems logging in to two separate email clients (Outlook and iPhone)
I have used Outlook and iPhone as my ZoHo email clients for several years now with rarely an issue...yesterday afternoon both clients started asking me for a password (which was NOT changed) to access my accounts. Problem with email notifications in Android cellphones
The last month me and my colleagues are facing an issue with the Zoho Mail application in our Android mobiles. We do not receive pop notifications that we have new emails. Only if we access the application we can check if we have something new. We have tried to reinstall the application but the problem still exists. Composing Window splitter above attachments is fixed height, not adjustable
When adding attachments to an email, the window becomes split, and the attachments appear in a very small separate window at the bottom, suitable for just a few attachments, depending upon your window resolution. If you add more than 4-6 attachments, a scroll bar appears, but the window splitter doesn't expand, nor can I adjust the window splitter manually. The attachment area is tiny, as is the scroll bar. Have you considered re-designing that function?
