Apple push notifications

I most use 0 minute reminders. Every other calender service has this choice. If I create an event in my Android calendar with 0 minute reminder it will change to 5 minute. SUGGESTION: It would be helpful if adjacent to list entries like, SPAM CONTROL / Blocked Domains, Blocked Emails, Allowed List, IP Addresses, etc. you would allow a field for comments. One might like to recall WHY they blocked (or allowed) an IP address,Filter view by emails with comments....
In using the comments feature of Zoho Mail we have discovered it would be really helpful to us if when looking at a folder, your inbox or anywhere really if we could filter the view by emails with comments on them. This would be especially helpful withAuto-Cc or Auto-Bcc to another our own mailbox
Zoho Mail Team, How about bringing in an option like Auto Cc or Auto Bcc of selected email conversations (like those from starred) when replied or forwarded to our different mailbox. Hello Zoho Team, Would like to propose a configurable auto-deletion of trash, including an option to disable auto-deletion all together. Many providers impose this kind of funcionality and I find it very to me. Personaly, given all this mailbox space, the way I use trash is I put non-important messages in there, to get them off my Inbox, and I do want to search my trash once in a while. One might argue that you could do the same thing in different ways (labels, etc.), but that's imposing your wayServer action for POP3 "delete"
As a new user of Zoho mail I was surprised to find that there is no way to tell the server that when I delete mail from my Inbox (including Spam, if the option to present that to POP3 downloads is enabled) it doesn't actually get deleted from the server, just marked so that it is not presented to POP3 again as new mail. This requires the user to follow-up with IMAP or a browser logon to the Zoho mail server to actually get rid of the mail that was "deleted" wtih POP3. Mac user here. Other email clients offer the ability to use key commands to perform certain tasks. This is sorely incomplete in Zoho mail. For example, Command-N in most email clients creates a new email (if you're on the email screen) or a new calendar entry (if you're in Calendar screen). How to delete a Bookmark created by another user? Currently as an admin I can’t delete or edit the bookmark. One of my users created a bookmark under a specific Group. Now, only he can edit or delete it. As an admin I can’t do anything except sharing and tagging it. As an Admin I must have the right to edit or delete it. Would you please integrate this feature? If I created a group named Sales i.e. sales@mycompany.com when an email is sent to someone the display name in their email client is Sales. If the group name is My Company Sales, it makes it inconvenient for internal use as every group look the same as they would all be prefixed with My Company, e,g My Company Accounts, My Company Sales etc. It would be nice if there was an option to set the email display name for emails sent internally separately from emails sent externally, or even just an option(Suggestion) Access external email account via IMAP
I understand I can add Yahoo email account as POP in Zoho account. But I want to add yahoo as IMAP in Zoho.... that is I want to IMAP yahoo in Zoho just as I can IMAP in any email client (like Microsoft Outlook 2007, Thunderbird, etc) I want to keep in sync the send / receive emails at yahoo and zoho servers. When i read and email form the ZOHO mail, it instantly marks this as READ. How do i change the function to wait 3 seconds before marking as READ? Sometimes, i simply click on an email to quickly view and then pass on and i want it to stay UNREAD. At this moment, it marks it as READ and i must click to make it UNREAD again. This is annoying. Hello, I have 5 pop3 email accounts in my ZOHO email. With the size of screens now a days, you can list more then 2 OTHER email accounts as tabs at the bottom of the "inbox, sent etc column". The rest shows up under "MORE" which is a bit of a waste, considering how much white space is above all of these. Give it 5 or 6 before you show more please! :) ThanksDetach Files
