Access to Zoho Mail via POP or IMAP
I may be missing the obvious but I can't find reference to accessing Zoho Mail via IMAP (preferred) or POP. I need to access email from my phone an dit accesses mail via IMAP or POP - don't have 3G so prefer not to use the web-based access. What are the settings to use to access Zoho Mail via IMAP (or, I guess POP). Also - If I use an external email client will emails that I send still find and link to Contacts in CRM? Hi, Outlook can't connect to my Zoho account, either with IMAP or POP. I've used the Zoho server settings as indicated on your website (https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/outlook-imap-access.html), both IMAP and POP are enabled in the Zoho control panel, and TFA is disabled. So I verified a domain and created some users, none of the accounts are allowed to use POP, IMAP or activesync. So all I can use is apparently web mail, which makes it a non started. Is this expected behaviour? If I try and click on one it says that it is only available in paid plans. I have a couple of other free accounts which can use activesync, but this new account cannot. Hello, I've just opened a new business account with Zoho and was able to pretty much figure it all out by myself. I do have one question though. I was able to import all my contacts to the Contacts app, but when I go to Mail and create a new email and click on Address book, I can't see any of my 500 contacts I've imported. Hi, I've already gotten my domain verified and edited the MX settings so that i can use zohomail with my domain. I could send it out email, but I couldn't receive it any. Greetings, Since I set my main Zoho account I've been forwarding all my e-mail to a GMail account. Since yesterday, 21st of November, my forwarded e-mail hasn't reached the GMail account.
